Waited for the place to open, never opened as it was stated and I could see a worker in the place putting ice cream out; he never once came to the door to let myself and others waiting outside when they would open. I headed over to book store and came out watching 10 other customers leave. Horrible business, go elsewhere!
Store was advertised as open online and I placed an online pickup order paid in advance. We got to the store and they were closed, though we could clearly see workers inside. I tried to call with no answer and no way to leave a voicemail as their voicemail box was full. So out $20 with no way to get it back except through the bank.
Terrible service. Half empty cups that I’m being charged full price for. I ordered two rocky roads. One was fine the other had two marshmallow although I was charged for extra toppings. Not worth the price at all
It's pretty obvious that this location is ran poorly because they are always closed. Their hours are not correct online and then when you get there they're closed for some reason or another. Just hire a new manager already.
Mask nazis, & super soupy ice cream. Had it not been my birthday, a gift card, a family of 5, & having driven from a hotel 20 minutes away, I wouldn't have even given them any business. I couldn't hear the soft-spoken employee most of time, & her mask didn't help.
Came in to get a cake for my mom’s birthday and the owner got mad at us because they weren’t technically open but the door was open so we went inside. He could have just nicely said they weren’t open but he was rude and cold (no pun intended? Haha)I understand the staffing shortage is a real thing but that’s really easy to say to customers trying to pay you for your product.
I see multiple reviews on how they cancel GrubHub reviews and I've had it happen twice now. Not really bothered by that more so bothered by the carefree attitude the employees give off as if it's my problem they work in an ice cream shop. Honestly I thought working in an ice cream shop would be nice and exciting, coldstone however is sad. Better chance getting ice cream from McDonald's.
I've gone to multiple cold stones to get the apple pie ice cream and at this one today the employee argued that they didn't serve it when it's on the menu right next to him and after pointing that out he made something that was supposed to be it but all it that was in it was apples and sprinkles. Then proceeded to argue that they don't sell size small. Please train your employees.
Came in at 4:30pm it felt like 90 degrees in the store. Cold Stone Creamery, more like Hot Yoga Studio. Dear management, please turn on the AC for your suffering customers and employees. The ice cream was droopy and melted very quickly after being served, and I can’t imagine wanting to eat at a table indoors.
Your store says open online and for grubhub orders please remember to change that status so you dont waste time and money of drivers and customers!
