While I'm trying to order and pay I shouldn't have 2 girls talking loud and laughing so the other guy can hear me or so they can take my money. Not being acknowledge when you're taking my money is the rudest thing and employee can do.
My daughter was unsure what to get her dad needed to use the bathroom real quick when he came back an employee was helping her taste test ice cream. What a great employee she made my daughters day!
Ice cream was good. They wouldn't sing after we tipped them, though :((

I have never been so disrespected by a group of what appeared to be school age children in my life. My wife and I went into this location earlier tonight and were met by several employees who couldn’t be less interested in working. Once i finally got the attention of one of them after she begrudgingly pulled herself away from her phone I was told that they would not be serving anyone without a mask. I informed them that I have a medical exemption & that because of that I was not required to wear one by the governors mask mandate. I was then told it was actually company policy that everyone inside the store had to wear a mask. I asked to see the policy and was immediately told to leave the store because they reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. In short I would highly recommend going to another location regardless of your ability to wear a mask or not as the employees poor attitudes and subpar service will leave a taste so bitter in your mouth even the sweet treats won’t be able to overcome it. If I could rate them 0 stars I would.

This is a real good ice cream place in this town, I just wish the topping were better because they taste it a little old.
The ice cream is always great, but the customer service not so much. We had a buy one get one free reward on our account, and they would not honor it even though we pulled it up on our phone and they looked at it. They weren't able to give us a good reason why they couldn't honor it. Ended up paying for two full price, which is annoying since I had a BOGO. In the end they gave us "rewards points" which apparently might not be good for anything when it comes time to redeem them anyway. Customer loyalty isn't that important I guess.
Closed when it says it's open.
