I know why they call it cold stone. All of the workers are stoned out of there mind. Kept asking me what did you get and their eyes were blood shock red
Options are endless. Basic Ice Cream but add-ons make it endless. Menus does have the standard creations and able to modify. Prices based on size cups. Delicious! ?
This is the dirtiest cold stone location I have ever been to. The inside is clean, but that’s not even the worst part… the employees are coughing/sneezing and wiping their faces and not washing their hands. Plus it smells terrible inside. Not to mention their customer service skills are terrible. I will never return to this location. Poor service and poor management/ownership.
I honestly feel so bad for the girls that work here. You can sense the tension as soon as you walk in the door. The older male that works with them is so freaking rude. Bad customer service.
Very clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating with my kids changing their minds. I appreciate it very much.
The employees are terrible. NO hi bye one moment...nada...Literally you just stand there while 4 employees are congregated in the corner chatting and giggling. One girl let her father cut in line and gave him several pints of ice cream. He was rude too, so yeah, no to this cold stone. Ice cream was good, ? but ice cream is good.
Amazing quality ice cream as usual but this visit... omg there were flies ALL over everything inside which is gross! The dipped cones and such had flies all over them. Employees seemed to ignore them as if it's completely normal.
Bad customer service. Like awful. These people ignore you 100% of the time. They will keep their backs turned and pretend you don't exist.The product is great quality. But the employees need to step it up. Everything is already very expensive and then your time is wasted when these young girls and the 1 man who are always there, straight up ignore everyone.It's your job bro. Find a new one if ice cream is that bad.
This place sucks for delivery options- don't even try. Three different times we tried, and from multiple locations. Twice they waited 30 minutes to let us know they canceled our order and the one time they brought it, they completely messed it up - the wrong kind of ice cream, and missing waffle bowls. I used to love Coldstone but they are ill-equipped for pandemic delivery so I have switched to other places.
Excellent ice cream. Excellent customer service. It would be a 5 star review if the outside tables were clean. Especially now after COVID, outdoor spaces are widely used and the tables are in desperate need of a pressure washing
