The lady who made my shakes was quick and kind!
Slow incompetent service, incorrect order, half filled cone and a smart alec manager who didn't give a hoot about any of that - I won't be going back.

So I never leave reviews but I was actually offended. As I was about to walk to the entrance the worker locks the door. It was 9:52 pm and I know they close at 10 but there were still people inside. I feel like this worker made it a point to lock the door right as I was about to go in for whatever reason cuz she locked it loudly which apparently is possible... who knew! But I still had 8 minutes and I felt that was incredibly rude so I am gonna call management in the morning!
I wish that there were more flavors, some that I've seen in other Cold Stones weren't at this specific place, but the ice cream was perfect consistency and taste.
Amazing service and ice cream! The manager was super sweet and professional. You can tell it’s a well ran and clean. It’s a wonderful atmosphere.

Was hard to find parking. The 2 guys working there talked more to themselves than my daughter and i. When i told them it was our first time they showed no enthusiasm. It was $18 for 2 of us!! Not worth it. Not going back for a long 5+ or so years.
Just left this place after noticing the mold in the pecans. Looks like it has not been replaced or cleaned in months. I assume is the same with the rest of the toppings. I tried calling them to warn them but they have one kid working there. So before you feed these to your family or yourself, im letting you know.
