Poor service. Nobody picks up the phone to even take orders. I'm missing sides to my meals. I understand lots of fast food chains are short staffed. I am driving back to get my items now. I expect better service.
The chicken strips were pretty good (although maybe a bit greasy), mashed potatoes and macaroni with cheese were good. The app and website may be terrible but at least the food and staff on site are good.
We went last Saturday at 6:50pm, not knowing they closed at 7:00. We dined in and the staff was super courteous and kind. The food was hot and fresh. It wasn't until on the way out that we noticed they were closed. We try not to make people stay late and wouldn't have,had we noticed, but the staff here was great even though we (unintentionally made them work late. Amazing!! Wonderful!!
Very disappointed. My husband and I purchased the smallest family meal which cost us $30.00. The biscuits were little hard rocks, the chicken was very tiny, mostly breading, and the mac and cheese was full of the burnt edges from the pan. The mash potatoes were cold. We work hard and when we pay for something like a meal we expect it to be worth it and in this case it was not. This just gives us more of a reason to support our local restaurants! We will not be going back.
Ladies were sweethearts but chicken was bland. We ordered the original and it needed to have more flavor or atlease be more buttery potatoes were good though.
Are burgers just not quite cutting it? Come to Church's chicken for home style chicken goodness. Stop on by and pick up a bucket, your family will thank you for it.
Ordered 3 chicken breasts, $20 and what we received was about a third of a breast mostly rib bones and two little bites of meat. When I went back manager refused to make it right. Will never go back.
The 2 can eat pretty good, chicken was crispy outside cooked well inside flavor good. Coleslaw and biscuit freash.
Went thru da drive-thru, their chicken fried steak iz Better than KFC'z, but Church's Fried okra iz something dat iz Super Hard 2 find, esp after Furr's Buffet went out uv business, due 2 COVID !
Chicken is great!! But sometimes they don't have Chicken strips done and you have to wait like 20 min.
