The tenders were cold and definitely wasn’t fresh.
A very great location. Ordered in the drivethru and got my food and forgot to wait for my lemonade half gallon drove around to see the employee who handed me my food run out with the half gallon and I've just never seen something like that out of a fast food establishment. Should give that guy a raise, he knew what was up.
Macaroni and cheese was burned, okra was dry and burnt. I was rushed to do my order. Chicken was good but everything else was not to a standards
Well unfortunately the chicken I got was dry dry and chewy I asked for a jalapeno which I paid for was not in the bag, The bun Tasted like it wasn't cooked all the way. I normally don't have that experience but tonight just was not good and I didn't take it back for a refund I just threw it away. I also asked for a diet Dr Pepper and I got a Diet Coke and I hate Coke. I will probably not go back to that location.

You can see what is wrong with the food right off the bat ! I called and the person i spoke to was the one who packed it and he acted like there was nothing wrong with it ! Then hung up on me when i asked for his supervisor ! He said your going to have to give her a min i said that was fine ill wait as long as i have to then he rudely hung up on me ! I cant believe how unprofessional this location is ! Its disgusting that they even had the adacity to send food like that. Make it again if you have to! I paid extra for grub hub and this is what i get!!! The grub hub driver even said they were rude to him as well. Now they wont even answer my calls! Im defeneitly escalating this to corporate!
Pretty disappointed. Our kids will only eat chicken tenders or mac and cheese and this store ended up being out of both. The only chicken they had left was chicken breasts. We ended up leaving and going to McDonald's.
I ordered here tonight and several mistakes were made with my order, though the receipt did show the correct items. I returned to the store with the food in hand and spoke with the shift manager Ben. When I asked for a refund Ben told me that he could not refund my order tonight, and that I must come back in the morning with the food to receive a refund. After I refused to come back the next day it took speaking with Ben for more than 10 additional minutes to get him to finally call his supervisor to have the refund approved.This business is run with a complete lack of respect for their customers.
Paid 20 dollars for spilled coleslaw all over my bag ordered 3 drumsticks meal one large mashed potatoes and a large coleslaw and they gave me six side of small coleslaw that were spilled in the bag wetting my box with chic and biscuits. And they were out of chic tenders and didn't have the change to give me .68 cents . They must be making alot of profit keeping customers change. Really not happy and not returning. This is always the case with churches and i really like there food better than KFC but horrible service and quality has gotten very bad
Dry burned chicken asked for biscuits no biscuits one corn asked for 2. Mac and cheese dry and sticky asked for legs and thighs got only thighs. Asked for large m. potatoes got 2 small one no gravy. The attitude in this place sucks try calling the place they never answer took me 4 days to reach the manager. Only to hear her in the back ground "im to busy" told person on phone about my complaint had corporate talked to them shes busy call before 4 pm thats when shes off. Churches chiccken on 98th street. If i could leave zero stars I would.
