It's ok chicken n all. Not alot of variety on chicken. The sides r good. Just takes awhile to order in the take out line.
We came an hour before closing time and had the fried chicken, and a shrimp combo. It’s all hard to chew. However, the corn and biscuit was good. Busy place with drive in customers but we managed to get good and friendly service.
Had meals twice over the weekend at 2 different locations. The batter has changed, very bland. The shrimp was more like popcorn shrimp...ive always loved Church's chicken...im finished with them. I only have it the 2nd star because of history of good food.
Service wasn't very welcoming. Felt like I was being rushed to place my order. Food was garbage!! I loved Churches because the chicken was hot and greasy but when we received our food it was cold and was like it wasn't fried in grease because it wasn't greasy like it normally is. I love chicken from Churches but was very disappointed with the service and quality of the food!! Won't be going back 2 that location.
I been trying to call this location all morning i ordered the shrimp special i only got one chicken tender and two shrimp very small and nothing but bread crumbs they did not guve me the receipt but i know everything i ordered I'm in a wheelchair chair and I'm high risk of getting sick so my caretaker picked up my meal for me and i was disappointed now nobody answers this was the last $20 i had i wanted to eat something good it's been almost a year since i had take out this was the only money i had and in disappointment on the service the quality and the fries was half empty i paid paid good money yet to only be taken advantage lkke this is not good i would like to to get a call back from a supervisor or corporate office i might have to call anither location to get the phone number nobody answers the phone at this location on central and yucca im not happy at all i shoulve ordered from kfc or long johns silvers i want my refund or or a replacement so not happy they need undercover boss to go to this location and see how they are handling their name franchise the manager does not reply back to the reviews . Close this location if they're going to just be rude
My favorite place the workers are just beautiful there to me anyways they always refuse my tip but the end up being nice and appreciated
The food that I ordered was so old it was stuck to the Bone and extremely dry the biscuit was the size of a half dollar and hard as a rock the jalapeno bombers look like they had been sitting there for over an hour whole meal was just terrible old I didn't even eat it but I went to another Church's Chicken on 98th and they were amazing gave me fresh food and customer service was 100% amazing the one on Central the customer service was so poor the girl at the drive-thru was so unhappy and rude I spoke to the manager Victor he said there was nothing he could do and they have no district manager or nobody else that I can contact because they are franchise. The manager on 98th Street who is extremely kind her name was Romina and she was exceptional with her customer service thank you ramena for making my lunch a good one and the food was excellent I will never go to the one on Central again if you look at the pictures I would have been better throwing my money away in the trash
We have been going to Church's Chicken for years we have always loved their chicken for some reason it just didn't taste right it wasn't cooked right and my order was wrong I don't know if it's the new generation I don't know what's going on people just don't want to work but they need to get pride back in there businesses because churches was one of the great chicken places
Dec. 21, 2021. 3 PC tenders a 1 apple pie I ordered lady says 6 minutes on the pie ok? Yes I wait and get my bag [email protected]#$ doesn't put my Fricken Pie!! What kind of BS is this!! I call and of course no answer. Think I will call corporate and see what's up
Horrible horrible. Not only did they not have chicken ready but I waited 15 min and my order was wrong. They had no spicy chicken and after waiting 15 min they gave me tenders. Manager very confrontal told me I should have ordered the right combo. Then he gave me a refund never apologizing.
