Consistently slow drive thru. Out of many items...i.e. dipping sauces, tea, lemonade, biscuits weren't ready for another 10 minutes etc
I was able to get some sweet tea to go by calling from my car. The gentleman took my order and met me out front so I didn't have to wait in the long drive thru line. It was nice as I was pressed for time and their lobby was closed.
Extremely long wait time in the Drive thru. The employees give you half of your order. So that means you have to wait again in the drive thru to get the rest of your order.
Good food, slow service in a torn up town known as Albuquerque. Have to give All people who actually work credit for putting up with the pigs in Albuquerque
Hit or miss. Today was a miss. Everything I ordered was hard and tasted like it had been sitting under lamps for hours. Even the usually delicious biscuit was rock hard. I decided to call about it the next day and the manager (Samantha) was very nice and replaced my order. The replacement was much better.
So last time, some years ago I had a huge box of okra. This ended ?rly. So POOrly that its been years. My wife had never had the displeasure so we stopped in and got two 3pc with mashed potatoes and okra. Didn't get any okra. Not really mad. As we feel now not having finished what we have, we don't want anything more from there paid for or not.
Every time we come here and order spicy chicken we have to wait 20 minutes for our order and at times its longer. I don't understand why they don't have any of it prepared.
BLAND!!! Need some salt on the batter (and chicken). I have eaten at many Churches, and this has to be the worst experience. I didn’t expect Churches fried chicken to be this bland. Avoid this location!
I love their spicy chicken sandwich but their website needs work especially their open time which is inaccurate to say the least.
As always, fast, friendly service & always fully stocked & they also, more often than not, get our order 100% correct.
