I got 4 apple pies one obviously was tampered with it had an object stuck in it... Possibly a deep fried apple piece... Also all 4 pies we're not cooked all the way... Thank you
I would not recommend this place to eat the reason is the chicken was over cooked and old no meat just hard crust, the grease/oil hasn't been changed for a long time because I could taste in the chicken and smell it gross ?, the biscuits where hard as if they where left under those hot lights for sometime, on top of that my order was wrong. The supervisor/manager was not friendly she also looked stress not good. The young man taking the order was friendly. Church's chicken is the worst. Place is also dirty what's that saying about the kitchen area.
They forgot half my order and when I brought it up they lied and claimed I hadn't paid for the food they didn't give me, so I showed my receipt and bank balance and the manager threatened to assault me and "have his buddies case my house" if I didn't shut my mouth. Yes, I told the police but they told me it's my word against his... so I am making sure as many people know as possible.
Food was good, but we ate inside and the dining room was filthy. The soda machine had leaked so your shoes stuck to the floor. The tables had not been wiped. One customer used her personal wipes to clean before they sat down.
They are incredibly understaffed and it seems like the owner doesn't care to maintain the equipment on site the microphone at the drive-thru has been down for 3 weeks etc. The staff that is there is friendly but obviously overworked.
Just another failing restaurant due to lack of help and poor service. Employees just don't seem to care and they take their sour time. So far the food quality is still up to par and still hot and fresh. People need to start getting back to normal and everybody needs to pitch in for that to happen.
Joshua in Drive-Thru was very polite & had excellent PR Skills to help me with my order. Guys like him are what's needed in the Fast-food industry to assure quality assistance & product sales. Hats off to you ??
Just order got portioned sized for a family meal on mash potatoes spicy chicken and overcooked chicken honey biscuits small and overcooked like the robbers now the employees !!!!!! Was a jail tray smh they need to get shut down was awful service and overcharged for a family meal of 4 !!!! 45 dollars how smh
Tenders overdone. Waited an hour for order. Only one person working the entire restaurant by herself. Cash only. Very dissatisfied. Usually best one in town.
There was a slight mishap regarding my order, however, manager cleared it right up with a fresh batch of streaming hot chicken! I was totally satisfied with my experience, there on 4th.Thank you, and see you soon?Estevan
