Excellent fried chicken!! Some peices were a bit inconsistent in size and and cook.....some peices were moist & juicy while others were tough and dried out. Overall, really good chicken.
This Church's Chicken was not well staffed. Two people running lunch.The jumbo shimp looked like breading that fell off my chicken, I looked everywhere for the shrimp when I realized that these little pieces were them. At least there was 5 instead of 3.
Church's tasteless same every place .Only difference is the quality of service and the attitude of the employees. The employee at this location had attitude.As l tell my friends some people have no business dealing with the public .
Absolutely horrible experience!! We ordered online only to go pick it up and be told they do not do online ordering so 40 dollars down the drain we are with absolutely no way for them to give a refund. (Not they offered any compensation anyway) Never going back! Would not recommend! If I could give zero stars, I would.
Don’t be tricked! Apparently they don’t accept online orders on their own website! I ordered $40 worth of food just to show up and not get anything I had paid for. I don’t recommend going to this location. The workers were very rude about it as well!
Store was clean but lady up front extremely rude..decided to just leave instead of deal with it!!
They never get ur order right or their always out of something. And if u want coleslaw u have to wait an hour. Not going there anymore!!
This is consistently the worst Church's in town the service is awful, the food is never ready on time and they don't change their fryers. Tonight I pre-ordered, waited 40 minutes then went to the store, where the lady working was very, very unprofessional. They had not even started my order, so another 30 minutes later they started it (almost an hour after placing my order) and then tell me I have to wait ANOTHER 25 minutes if I want what I ordered. Do instead, I got overcooked greasy chicken, biscuits like rocks and macaroni that tasted like it was made of burnt oil and salt. Every time I have tried to go back here, it is worse. This will be the last time.
Ordered the 10 piece legs and thighs with bold and spicy recipe. Received original recipe. Order is supposed to come with a large side and biscuits. They gave us a small side instead. And they forgot to give us the biscuits.
Ruby was super rude and slow. there was no customer inside the restaurant we waited at the drive through for 1-2 min then we told her we are ready to order like 5 times before she finally starts to take our order. in the middle of ordering our food she repeated our first order at least 5 times.....then she just stopped talking...then we went inside and order...not only the chicken was cold the service was the same as the drive through where she was rude and doesn't listen to what we are ordering and repeats and filled both of our order with coke when we told her we wanted something else.....we will never return to this location
