This was my favorite location because of their great custom service & always getting our orders correct, until today. We understand that everyone has bad days & sometimes communication can be misunderstood. However, I will not tolerate you being mean & outright disrespectful to myself nor my family members, especially when YOU don't know how to do your job correctly. My hope is that you'd start treating your customers better & that you treat people how you would like to be treated.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Staff including manager were extremely rude, I was hung up on after calling the facility and complaining. You guys need to work on customer service that is the BIGGEST problem in most fast food restaurants. I've been here other times and had good service. Today was definitely a day where I regretted not waiting in line or paying extra money and going to Popeye's instead.
I hate to bash food food establishments but i also hate being lied to. Everytime i politely ask how old is the okra & everytime I'm told 'oh we just made it' or 'we only made it 5 minutes ago' then they serve u something thats obviously been sitting there quite a while, it has no crispness left its soggy, cold in the middle! Just to avoid having to drop another batch? Once or twice, i get it, but everytime? C'mon church's #imNotMadJusDisappointed lol
Went thru drive thru they couldnt seem to get my order right told me to go inside so i did and the kitchen was veery dirty
The Church’s Chicken on Candelaria & San Mateo serves old, dry food! See the photo of the dry jalapeño cheese bombers.I called to let them know & the unprofessional rude lady who answered didn’t even apologize, she said, “call tomorrow & tell Sandra the manager”. Talking about passing the buck…will never go back there again!
This location 2937 San Mateo NE, manager older Mexican lady that wouldn't give her name is the most rudess person!!!! Not once,... But twice!!! Just because it's Privately Owned she thinks she's gonna get away with it!! Not! I'll make sure she won't!!
Horrible! I ordered the “Texas Grande Meal” and a few extra sides which were French fries, 2 jalapeños and a corn on the Cobb.Cashier was nice, BUT my meal was missing mashed potato side, no jalapeños.. french fries were a joke .. stale, old and mixed with okra?? Coleslaw was old and tasted like they had it sitting out for hours!! Disgusting… and of course to top it off by that time we were not wanting to eat at all there is a hair in my mac and cheese! For paying almost $40 this is ridiculous. I am so upset. Will not be returning. Didn’t take pictures just threw it out.
I only regret that I can't give it zero stars. Tried it twice over the span of a month. The first time they spilled gravy all over the bag and gave me the wrong side. This last time the lobby was locked even though they had a sign on the drive thru that it was open, didn't care when I pointed that out, gave me one tiny gravy for 12 tenders and refused when I asked for another, and the mashed potatoes were cold, slimy, and utterly inedible. I just threw them away. They are cheap, sloppy, don't care about the customers and have terrible food. Avoid at all costs.
Terrible experience Got spoiled mash potatoes smells awful chicken was pink and tender looked and tasted bad. Really waste off money I will never comeback!!!Plus they charged me for 2 drinks extra even though I took combos
Forget the long Popeyes line that takes 45+ minutes. Came here instead on a whim and I was pleasantly surprised! Chicken was great. My portion of fries with my tenders was really small though. Either way, I'd go back
