I took my 3yr old & it was our 1st time visiting Chuckee Cheese. We walked in and already had lunch so we only wanted to play games. Nobody was there to greet us but and it not hard to figure out how to pay for a play card at the machine. We stayed under an hour and had a great time. When we went to leave we were stopped by a girl who was flashing a black light in my son's hand. I asked what she was doing & she said we were supposed to get stamped upon arrival and was visibly upset. I explained we've never been there and didn't know since nobody was at the post. She then pretended to check my hand and we left. I wasn't going to leave this review because I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble but my son was running all over the place, what if someone else had tried leaving w/him or if this happens in the future? Hoping it was an isolated incident because it was otherwise enjoyable.
It. Was. Horrible!!!They need people with experience to run that place and not teenagers fresh out of high school who don't know what they are doing.Was there for a birthday party and placed an order for my own family.By the time it came out, the party was over.Took my order to go. So ya, I'm very very unhappy.Employees aren't there to work but more like a place to hang out when their friends come in.Needs better management all the way around.
Not alot of people on a Saturday which I loved. Came in at 6:30 and wasn't crowded, pizza was a little too cooked on bottom. It was alot of fun though
I had my sons birthday there and was very impressed. The customer service was amazing. All of these people helped my son have a memorable time. Was surprised on how good the pizza was. Chuck was a champ. Came out and made my son light up. Thank you to the person that does that job. You are appreciated.
Poor service. They ignore everyone except the parties. And when chucky comes out they kick the kids out of the party section from participating with chucky not to mention we have been here for 2 hrs to get our pizzas. They said 45min and then we went back and I was told another 45 min because the parties are their number one priority I’m sorry that’s not how you treat customers if that’s the case. Should let ppl know before they waste their money could of gone to Peter piper instead where everyone is treated equal .
The place was packed i waited 5 minutes to be able to place my order. Even though they where short staffed the food was amazing my kids had a great time you can tell when a manager is on top of things. Very clean as well only 1 rat in restaurant but my kid gave him a hug.
We took my 3year old son here yesterday for his birthday. For starters, walking in the girl working the door was so uncomfortably rude! Her facial expressions, and she had a bad attitude. And we’ve been before and had the same problem with the Same girl. It’s not good to walk into a fun place and be greeted by that. Then we had our little party. The Chuck E. Cheese mouse that was working last night around 6 was amazing!! whoever they were they deserve props they were amazing! my son absolutely loved them as well as other kids. They interacted and cheered on kids it was great! Then we went to get some dip n dots for my son, the girl has him choose, puts them in the cup for him and another worker (manger I believe) ran up and told her infront of us not to do it she had to have us pay first and the register was closed 45 minutes before they should have been. So the poor girl embarrassed, had to pour them back into the container. For one the manager had gotten them for us before we paid the first time. It was my sons bday and they couldn’t even let us know before teasing him with the Ice cream. Overall it wasn’t terrible my son had fun. But to end the night with a screaming kid because of someone’s mistakes isn’t fair to him either. And to start the night with a rude mean greeter wasn’t cool either. Broke my heart it was his birthday.
Came here to celebrate my sons 3rd birthday tonight and I can tell you we had a horrible experience. The entrance greeter , manager and shift lead are very unprofessional and rude. We spent over $200 dollars tonight and they could not provide basic customer service and make my child cry over ice cream. They also scolded a new employee in front of customers for helping with the ice cream stand. I would go else where if you are trying to look for good family fun. If I could give 0 stars I would.
