So sad, came here for my daughter’s kindergarten promotion. Ordered 1 pizza, wings and 5 soft drinks. Also purchase 30 minutes worth of games. We wanted to wait till after we ate to start playing. We sat down and had some soda, waited and waited and waited for our food. We were the only people here at this time (2 hours before closing). After about 45 minutes we asked a girl that was sweeping if she could ask how much longer it would take for our food. She looked confused, went in and out of the kitchen and said “a few more minutes” about another ten minutes later, the cashier came to our table to ask for a receipt because “the order didn’t go through”. Our order hadn’t been sent to the kitchen and after almost an hour she said she was going to send to them and it would be another 15 minutes. At this moment we got up from our table and ask that she gave us a refund. We paid $86 for a party of 5. She called her manager who was sarcastic when my 6 year old asked me if chic fil a was open by saying “it is open”. She refunded $66 only because they don’t do refunds on game cards and we drank soda so she wouldn’t refund that either. So we left with a card we didn’t even use. The staff looked so careless including the manager. The only person who apologized was the cashier, but still should have done something before we had to wait an hour for nothing.

Fun place for little kids. Not too loud and is pretty clean. Pizza is fine. The game points for prizes don't seem to add up as quickly as they do at other game play businesses, but for kids 7 and under Chuck E Cheese has good and age appropriate games.
Took my daughter's to play games and eat was nice and clean and staff was very friendly we will definitely be going back some time great place for toddlers
The service has gotten better from the last time we went there. Salad is really good and my kids had a really good time.
Nice place freindly staff good pizza .. a little pricy .. most of games are for small kids.. alot of the games were out of order. The grand kids did have fun though.
40% of the games do not work, jammed and/or out of paper. The food comes out cold and your french fries will be frozen. takes 20 minutes to get a pizza box For the replacement pizza after giving ours away.
It was clean and the staff was nice. Pizza was good. Appetizers sampler was sparse! We had fun.
