Brought my mother here for her birthday today. She ordered the chicken and mushroom with steam rice me the beef noodle soup. When I received my meal it was very bland, no flavor at all. I asked to order something else for that reason and I was given attitude. I was going to just order what my mother got since I tried it and it was very good, but because of the attitude I decided against it.
Worst place ever!! Horrible service very very rude. Fist visit the Mongolian beef was dried out and food was cold, it was 30 minutes before close so I shrugged it off. Second time I decided to try again asked for some egg rolls and they told me the order total was not high enough very rudely. They’re only nice if your spending big money big family I guess. You want service and quality food? Go to Chens. Chens has way better food and you can order some egg rolls and not get turned away bc your total wasn’t high enough. Greedy
I got here at 3:50 for a To go order, the server said 'no lunch' but lunch ends at 4pm. She barely spoke English, I showed her the time on my phone and she walked away. Then another worker walked in and she spoke better English. She said lunch ended at 4, but I was there already 13 minutes. I was on my lunch break so I left.
Great place to eat authentic Chinese food. Not a big menu. Just very delicious good food. They do not fool around when they cook. Amazing dumplings and spring rolls. Sauce unbelievable! Medium size place with booths. Very nice a clean. Surprisingly located in a strip mall. Soups are wonderfully delicioso!!!!!! We had the beef, green bean and jalapeño dish with a great sauce going along with the dish. Prices were reasonable and well worth it. ?
The sesame chicken was flavorful anddelicious, but the appetizers were a mixed review and that is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. The beef bon boa was too salty and heavily flavored like soy sauce. The chicken egg rolls were delicious! The potstickers had salty and sour meat inside thatbI did not enjoy.
We went in last night and had a great time! The food was incredible. They are very understaffed right now, which meant that service was a little slow, but the workers were still helpful and kind.
Staff was very friendly and eager to help. The food was made fast, and tastes delicious. This is absolutely the place to go if you’re looking for authentic Chinese food. The prices were excellent as well. You just can’t go wrong.
5 of us came in today! We all picked one entree to try and some appetizers. We loved everything. There was so many choices! Our favorite were the beef & glass noodles. The fried bread was a good dessert. Two of my kids are picky eaters and tried and loved each dish. The service was really fast and friendly. We loved the atmosphere and spinning table center which was perfect for sharing. Definitely recommend for a couple, family with kids or group of friends. The prices were fair for the massive amounts of food you get. 10/10 recommend.
Great, genuine-feeling menu with familiar favorites and true authentic options for the adventurous! Wonderful, kind staff and clean, bright space. I was excited for the neat menu items, and loved walking in to the smells of delicious cooking food - but next time I am asking for actual chopsticks! ?
