There were only two servers and a full house. It was ridiculous the wait time and lack of service. There was a manager on site but we never saw him help out. It took over two hours counting the time I had to go in search of any employee to serve us water even. Not going back.

This location has gone downhill quickly. The last time I dined in, the restaurant was understaffed to the point where they shouldn't have even bothered opening the dining room. Service was slow, and tables were being served with long gaps between when each diner received food. I thought I would try them again for carryout, and I'm sorry I did. When I ordered hamburgers for my daughter who has severe milk allergies, they gave me cheeseburgers instead. And the staff ties the to-go bags too tightly to verify the takeout orders before driving off.

Good waitress and fast service kids love it

I had to call to order the 2 for 25 because door dash won't let me and I don't want to pay $80 for a cheap meal when I called in on 3/25/22 a young man named Dominic answered the phone with a great Attitude and was quick to take my order knowing I was already frustrated because I had to go pick it up he was in a great mood on the phone and really put me in a better mood after my order I realized I couldn't add drinks and he knew I was already having a hard time so when I got there he just included the drinks and paid with his money if this man doesn't deserve a rise then I don't know who does because this was easily some of the best service I've ever had thank you Dominic I definitely plan on being back.

It was pretty quiet when we got there. Clean. Hostess was nice and have to wait to be seated. We ordered burgers, it was very good but half way we ate, it was still red meat. Completely lost our appetite. Just finished the fries and drink. Our server was busy to check if we needed anything, we took our half eaten burgers and we left. But my dog seemed to like it. Overall it was ok.

I just left this place we were going to eat here and the hostess says that it's over an hour wait time and there's not even that many people in there, there was so many tables open I even asked her about the bar area and she said still one hour wait which just doesn't make sense at all. Now we're at Red Robin but there wait time is only 20 minutes. She said there short handed but yet Red Robin has plenty of staff. I just hope the hostess is not being lazy and telling people it's a long wait time because she doesn't want to work.

Waitress was really out if her league. Had to reorder our drinks 4 time before we finally got and other people getting their orders before us when we ordered ours long before. 43 minutes to get our food and it wasn't busy at all. Another waiter and waitress delivering food because our waitress couldn't keep up.

Use the rio rancho location. Curb side is non existent. Due to lack of professional discipline. The manager that was on duty 2/25 @ 2pm didn’t seem to care that I had been waiting in curbside parking for 10 minutes, while his staff was talking and laughing in the lobby. Not to mention my food was sitting on the counter getting cold. This isn’t the first time this has happened using the coors location. The manager did not apologize until I said “ he didn’t seem to care.” I’ll be using the rio rancho location. It’s sad because I would like to use businesses in my neighborhood but after today, they do not deserve my business.

we waited an hour for our food. but our server was great, not her fault

Really appreciate the people that work at this location - the employee I’m specifically talking about is named Dominic.DoorDash royally screwed up my order. Dominic was so incredibly helpful, to the point that Chili’s needs to sincerely think about having him train other employee’s on how to do customer service well (not that I’ve had bad experiences with any other employees, this person was just super skilled at it!). I felt so appreciated as a customer, and just overall he helped make a crummy situation a whole lot less bad. Give this guy a raise, Chili’s! He’s representing your company so well!(Oh I guess I should also mention, the food was delicious!)
