The staff were nice. The appetizers were good, but our entrees were disappointing. I usually go to the chili's in Bernalillo and the food is delicious. My burger looked sad and overcooked and was missing ingredients and didn't have any flavor. We had came here to eat before and the food was also not very good compared to othechili's, but we decided to give it another try and regret coming back.
Drinks so sugary they'll make you sick. Ordered blackberry marg. Just don't. Do you like drinking a pixie stick? Do you like liquid diabetes? In their defense, food was tasty and fresh.
This place was great. The food was good and so was the service. We live by the Chillis at Las estancias and that location is terrible. We went there earlier that night and half the tables were empty and there was sill a 45 minute wait. Also we tried getting take-out a couple of weeks earlier and got our foot an hour and a half later. They said they were waiting on mashed potatoes. They also left out dressing for the salad. It's sad we have to go across town.
Our food was fresh but the wait was tremendous. Wait times are longer with limited staff etc but this wait was beyond excessive. The waitress was very kind and kept our drinks full.
They can not follow directions, nor would they fill comp the meal they messed up on twice because I ate only half of the steak not even the full plate. They lied about what they gave me. I asked for the avocado steak, yet I got steak with guacamole sauce. When I asked if it was with avocado they said it was (it wasn’t.) when I ate half and got upset because I truly do not like guacamole, they took it back and only comped it for half of the meal for me eating “half” when I had a full plate and only touched half of the steak. Not to mention we had to already send it back once because they smothered it with green chili when I asked for the chili on the side. Very annoyed that I was lied to twice, messed up twice, and the most they could do was comp half of the full plate price. Truly poor business.then I was offered a free dessert when it would have just been cheaper to comp my meal entirely. Didn’t get to eat dinner. Very very disappointed in this establishment.
If I could leave no stars I would! We walked in to get a table and told the hostess that we had 7 in our party she then rolled her eyes. I asked “is that going to be a problem?” She said “ we are just really busy”, mind you half of the restaurant was empty. She said that she had to check on a table. She came back and said that the kitchen it “7 tickets deep and that it would be a 20 minute wait”. I know that it hard to find employees but do better Chilis, this female hostess was high has as a freaking kite. That was just a glimpse of the service we would’ve received. Sorry we’ll continue to take our business elsewhere.
Food was great server was great. They did great team work serving tables. Jus wish we would have been greeted at door, we were unsure if we were supposed to seat ourselves or wait to be seated.
I usually only post reviews to complain but this time I need to share my experience. We ordered two steak dinners both were cooked to perfection. The loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli were perfect as well. It has been a while due to short staffing at all restaurants that we have had a meal and service this amazing. Thanks
Great service was provided to our large party. Food was delicious and nicely presented. Staff was professional and worked together to give us a good experience during these strange times.
Chili's is fine. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. The servers were really nice.
