Always a good wait staff and they take care of you. I dont go to Chili's much any more because of past changes in the menu. They got rid of some of my favorites, dont want to waste the time finding a new favorite or they'll get rid of it too.
I had the new big mouth crispy chicken sandwich with French fries. The chicken sandwich was good. I would have liked more of the "special" sauce on the sandwich. Everything was hot and fresh. I like the variety of draft beers at this location. They include national staples like bud light and local craft beers like stone and 7k IPA. The service is always good here in the bar area.
Born and raised in Kalahari desert in South Africa and currently traveling across the United States, first time here. Good food and drinks at affordable prices and excellent customer service too. I always have a hard time ordering food and drinks but my server Cherilyn was able to understand my SESAME STREET English. That is a big plus ( Translated from Afrikaans)
Our server was ok, but the service in the kitchen was horrendous!!!I treat my sister out for dinner, she has health issues and can't eat certain foods and specifically telling the server what foods not to add, my sister's plate is placed in front of her with everything she can't eat was on her food!!! Her husband and I ate in front of her while she waited on her plate that took twice as long the first time!!! Food was good, however, everything else was horrible!

This location is very disappointing. This occasion was a Monday night when it was not busy. Plenty of workers on hand. Servers are nice, if they break away from personal conversations to serve you. Took nearly an hour to get our food. It was cold by the time it made it to the table. Our server didn't come back after the food came out until it was time for the bill. Refilling drinks, and checking on customers at that point wasn't even a thought apparently. We could see our server almost the entire visit. It certainly wasn't that they were busy. Normally I love Chili's. But this location failed to meet the Chili's standard. On a positive note. This location was clean and well kept. The initial greeting and seating was solid.
Staff is always nice. Food tastes like all other chili's chains. Food is hot and as ordered on our visits. They have few local beers on draft.
I got the bbq pulled pork burger. So nasty it was dry had no coleslaw on it was not even woth the 15.00 price. The queso was more of a chili with cheese mix. My daughter didn't eat her chicken strips they had no flavor. Not the bast place to eat for the price at all.
Dude in the bar busted his butt when they were short handed to make my dining experience great! Awesome service and great food, will be back.
