Me and boyfriend went on our first date here. Cajun ? pasta is so good (I like mine with shrimp). Be careful about refills as they will sneak them on you. I like to mix the salsa into my pasta dishes. Yes-I'm weird and I don't care. Bye. Stay chilies. (P. S The restaurant could use a bit of sprucing up. Didn't like the wall colors too much. Seemed a bit outdated decor and design wise). Wink wink. ;)

3 different orders on 3 different occasions. Still have yet to get any utensils with my meals.Absolutely no problem hitting me up for gratuity [even though I'm not eating in the restaurant]. Sure bro - here's 8$ for walking 4 entrees of food to me without a single fork or spoon.Thanks! You POS
We went early in the day. The service was excellent. The food was prepared just as we asked and the wait staff we attentive. The restaurant was clean as well. Nice place to eat lunch!
Placed a curbside order on December 31st, never got curbside service after waiting 15 minutes, and ended up going into the restaurant, no big deal. Find out my order is completely wrong, all the items I was upcharged for (queso, guacamole, extra tortillas) were missing and one of the meats of the 3 meat fajita were missing as well, the food was cold despite getting the pick up text 10 minutes prior to arriving curbside. I Called the store to let them know and they assure me I'll have a gift card coming for the trouble, it will take 5-7 business days. After 10 business days i still didn't receive it. Called the store and spoke with a manager, spelled out and had him repeat my email so they could make sure they were sending it to the right address. Once again I was told it would arrive in my inbox in 1-3 days. It's been a week and still nothing. Pretty bad service, all this could have been avoided if the order would have been made right the first time. I doubt I'll ever get my gift card, I doubt they care, but I'll never be spending my money at a chilis again.Tl;Dr chili's didn't give me any of the items they upcharged me for and want to give me the run around.
