Friendly atmosphere and service …
The server was friendly but the whole experience aside from being seated was extremely slow.Food wasnt bad but I've had the same dish made better at other Chili's locations.Restaurant is roomy and updated inside and out. Lots of parking
Food was really good? The servicer was irritating to say the least. He kept saying `"you guys " over & over. He said it no less than 20 times to us & we only saw him twice. That rude greeting must a Chili thing because every person that we came in contact with addressed us as "Guys". Very upsetting considering I'm an elderly woman. Chili's employees, be more respectful of your guests & then you might get better tips.
It is 45 degrees out side and the AC is on in the Restaurant, even the staff complained about how cold it is in there but nothing was done. The bar area was very messy, drink menus on the floor under high top tables, almost all tables were filthy, customer service was not there. Three ketchup bottles from other tables were empty. If the bar tender was to stay off his phone then maybe some cleanliness could be addressed, heck I even got a salad but no dressing and I had to ask for napkins… Must be the New Covid Generation and too lazy to do a Good job at an Easy Job!!!
Normally I'd be all about applauding the services and food at Chili's but by the time our table of 5 got our food everything was cold. So cold some of us had them microwave it. Others like myself just grinned an just ate. It's frustrating because it's not like they were busy. There were only 3 tables full of people and what's unfortunate is that we spent about $200 on our food. What the crud???? Chili's, y'all need to get it together. Our table should have been free honestly for the time that went by. Like i said they weren't busy. And honestly I'm really trying to be nice but when you spend that amount of money, you at least want the food a little warm. I'm sitting there shaking my head because it was as if our food was sitting out on a table and not under a heat lamp. Bad business
The experience and service was miserable. We waited for a long time, was taken off the wait-list, then still had to wait for a ridiculous amount of time after ordering on top of other things. The only upside is that when speaking to the manager she was very understanding and really was sincere in her apologies to me and my daughter for the negative experience.
Had a fantastic time. Danielle was our serve and was one of the best that I have ever had. She was running not only the bartop but the lounge as well and never once was she not making sure we had everything we need. She was fantastic. Thank you Danielle
Came to the restaurant with my family in to have dinner. Danielle was our server she and the staff were attentive and fast all the food that was ordered was delicious will definitely be back.Thank you so much Danielle for making our experience wonderful
Food is usually good at Chili’s, I wanted to mention the service, it was the best I have seen in quite a while, especially since Covid and everyone is so short handed. They were short handed, the waitress was running all over the place literally, yet our service was absolutely wonderful. Thank you, I wish I could have remembered her name, she deserved better acknowledgment.
Service was petty good, food good, place was very clean. They charged us for a full rack of ribs and didn't doAnything except give us a 20%.discount. There are no Chile's Resturants where we live
