Chicken was not spicy at all (ordered hot), and the oil was old making it taste awful. There was also clearly some kind of sweetener in the seasoning, honey maybe? Not Nashville Style in my opinion, definitely not hot, and not even good fried chicken.
First off works were so so friendly and helpful... Place was clean... Food was so great... Price was good... I would definitely come back and tell family, friends... Love this place...
Woah. Seriously awesome chicken. One of the few places in ABQ doing Nashville style right. Wish they had larger cups for drinks but hey....better than nothin! Awesome experience and quality. Will be back again soon!
4.5 star average review is extremely deceiving!I don’t do reviews much but this place needs better management. I was very excited to try the chicken due to the hype. I ordered before 3 other people and they got food first. I inquired about my order and they said a few minutes. I heard the guys in the back repeat the order they didn’t even start. He rushed the sandwich and it came out pink and undercooked. The flavor heat size, everything was there. The dudes working didn’t even look like they took there job seriously.I still have faith in this place and I really like to support local businesses. I most likely won’t be returning anytime unless something changes.I noticed another review with a similar problem as I did. The restaurant is dirty. Workers are unprofessional. Wait time is ridiculous. Chicken was chewy and undercooked. Oh my gawd... this place is out of control delicious. Best chicken I've had in Albuquerque. The side dishes were probably just as good as that chicken. Be careful with the sizes of the side dishes they are HUGE! And their heat isn't a joke it gets HOT. Keep up the great work guys!
The customer service was really good here. Very friendly employees. This is a small place. It has about five tables and you order at the counter.I ordered the #1 leg and thigh. Spice level hot. It comes with the side and a drink. I got okra as my side and I ordered poutine.The food came out nice and hot. The chicken was fresh, juicy, delicious and spicy. I me try clucking hot next time. The poutine in okra were great. The portions are rather large. You definitely get your money's worth here. This was my first time trying this place. I'll definitely be back. I urge anyone else that has not tried it yet to do so.
I love this place! Best hot chicken in Albuquerque. My husband and I did attempt to grab a chicken sandwich a few weeks ago and they were short staffed and closed on a Tuesday and Wednesday. The Google hours weren't updated so we showed up two days in a row. We went back for a third try and they were open! I am rooting for them and I hope they can find good staff.
Placed 3 orders the waitress came With the orders throwing them at us. Once she dropped off the orders the crew started blarring pop that p***y song while kid(s) were present. When we started to eat the chicken two out of the three orders were cooked incorrectly (raw). Sent one back within seconds the same waitress throws and says here u go while throwing the reciept on front of me. I took apart the chicken it was like warm to touch gave it back to her and told her I don’t want this u can keep she rolled her eyes and gasped whatever Never once did anyone try to make it right come talk with us ….This young waitress does not work well with other!!!!! We won’t talk bout the cleaness of the place

Best Nashville style chicken I've tested in this region. Drove up from El Paso for a concert and stopped here with friends. Worth the drive on it's own! The portions, taste, the chicken was so tender and juicy.
