Chick-fil-A is generally known for amazing service, quality food, and efficient workers. This location has gone downhill since being the first freestanding unit to open in ABQ over 15 years ago. It's amazing that you can spend 30+ minutes waiting in a drive thru on a Saturday night. They need to hire more people and train them right.
This Chick fil A only has one drive thru lane for ordered whereas most have two yet they are so slow at getting your food out. Been in line for over 40 minutes.
Order on the app or inside for faster service, when the drive thru is crazy. Love the food. Need bigger chicken portions for bigger eaters instead of 4 pieces.
Great place to eat in or takeout. Loved how the people got my food right away. And got it right. Had an overall great experience there.
First time I have gone to Chick fil A in many years and it will be my last. Drive thru took forever. I ordered a chicken wrap with no lettuce, fries and a choclate shake. I got a chicken wrap with lettuce (this took forever to get) fries and a very small shake for $14.00. I believe it was a #8 on the menu. The girls behind the window hand their hair down in front of their shoulder, I was not happy at all with what I saw or what I got. One girl was picking at her ear and then looking to see what she collected, another kept scratching at her face.The reason I did not go fo so many years was because they bragged about how they helped people and gave them second chances and when my daughter asked for a job after getting in a bit of trouble their remark was "you could be a bad influence on the young folks, we can't hire you". This was a store in Virginia. I guess all the stores are the same poor service all around.
Very disappointing food and service . I came in this morning for a meal, and I wasn’t greeted in a kindly manner. I order my food and after waiting just over 10 minutes I got my meal . Got in to my vehicle just to find this very disappointing sandwich, no dressings no vegetables , nothing. Just a bun and a peace of chickenI walked in to return this sad sandwich and they didn’t offer to make me a new one nor to give me a refund. They just tossed it in the trash can .. very unprofessional peopleI will be contacting their corporate office
This location messes up my order all the time. They are good about exchanges or refunds when I come back to get them, but really how much is your time worth? I am tired of having to drive all the way back here just to get what I already paid for. There other 2 locations in town have better service and the same food.
Never use your name when you order use a Disney cartoon or comic book name those kids there light up when they call you Mr. Incredible!!!
The food is usually pretty good but some of the front house workers aren’t that great. I just ordered curbside, I sat in my car 15 minutes after the app said a team member was going to bring my food out to me. 15 minutes go by and nothing. I had to go inside and find that my food was left at pick up. When I usually do curbside pickup, the food is always brought outside. I even made sure that I didn’t accidentally press carry-out but even the receipt says curbside. They had me sitting in my car waiting for the food when they just didn’t want to bring it outside for curbside.I have also gone there and eaten inside, which was nice but when I went to get my drink refilled, a worker saw me standing to the side with my drink and didn’t even help me. She had me standing there for a good 5 minutes and then after 5 minutes she decided to help me.I used to work at CFA and I normally don’t like to complain because I know it can be hard some days but it just wasn’t that great the last 2 times I went.
I love how this is the only chik fil a in abq where apparently its okay to have a small amount if workers doing their jobs and helping customers while all the other workers stand around in a group and talk with each other and when asked for help, they get ignored or greeted with a rude response. I mainly pick up through door dash but I used to love coming here. Now not so much for either option
