Food is good, but traffic pattern at drive-thru isn't. Traffic enters from two directions. Two lanes allow faster order taking than food preparation. Right lane's traffic is able to left.Best approach is to park and walk inside to order at counter.
Average chick-fil-a experience. Drive thru lane was moving quickly with employees taking orders and keeping the line flowing. Food was fresh and hot. We had to wait just a moment for our food but we clearly had fresh fries( not complaining). Order was correct and we received our “ my pleasure” as we thanked them and drove away. Can’t go wrong with the chick…
They make you wait 30 minutes in line to laugh at you as they tell you they are out of the products you waited for. They laughed at me. I hope this place burns down.
Most of the complaints and reviews below that complain about the line has nothing to do with chick fil a. It is more of a city/architectural problem. This area was designed so bad. From San Pedro merging into the parkway to mister car wash drive outs having to drive through traffic to get to the correct lane. It’s a nightmare. The line issue is a big problem, there’s the chick fila a main line and then there’s short cutters that block the fire lane to get in. Not right or ethical at all, especially for us that have been sitting in line for a while. Maybe if the city stepped in they could fix this. It causes havoc in the already congested area. The food is always so great though no complaints.
Great food. Logistically, it has gotten so slow. Used to be a quick in and out, no matter how long the line was. Last few times, we have waited between 20-30 mins. Would recommend other restaurants in the area
