Their service is always quick, friendly, and accurate. I've never had an issue coming here and getting food and I expect they would resolve it if I did have one. The parking lot isn't too co fusing with the drive thru and there are always attendants ready to take orders. The the area is always cleaned up even when other spots aren't as clean. Keep up the good work!
Oh yes, great food, I love the taste, the place is clean, and great employees, but long line with sometimes one employee taking orders and a little over priced.
Three weeks in a row our drive thru mobile order was screwed up. I left feedback after the second time with no response. Today I called the store right after we opened our bag and I guess he didn't like my attitude and hung up on me. Seriously, I am usually calm about these things but there is a serious problem with their drive thru getting the orders right. I am not talking about little things either. We will not be back to this store. I don't have time to tear apart the whole bag at the window or go back after I have discovered the wrong food.

I got food for everyone but myself (personally not a fan of the place). The family seemed to enjoy the food despite the high cost. The service was very fast and the staff was great. If all you do is chicken, it is expected to be good chicken.
I grew up eating Chick-fil-A in North Carolina. I had not ever, no never, had a terrible sandwich or diet lemonade until I visited this store. My drink was placed outside the window, while waiting behind a car that was at the window. The lemonade was not diet. I ordered 2 #1 sandwiches, and they were not fresh. When arriving home, the sandwiches had broken into 2 pieces. I had not ever seen this in a chicken sandwich. This is the worst Chick-fil-A Sandwich I had ever eaten at any of the Chick-fil-A Stores.
It's first time to order, many sauce to choose. I didn't know how to do, so decided to order original flavor one without any sauce. It's okay for me.
Meh. Expensive. Long lines. Ordered on app. Process seemed smooth until got to window and they didn't have my order even though some guy met me in line and said, "yep, you're all set". So, I got to park and wait 10 more minutes. And then get to work and find out there's no ketchup or their signature sauce or anything for the fries. My kids said, "yeah, you have to add that on the app". Well, it seems like it should ask. The rest of my family loves this place, but as the guy that pays the bills, I'm like, "Come home and I'll grill you a chicken or even cook some cows for that price". Just thought for the price I'd be amazed or something. I did really enjoy the frosted lemonade though.
I found a bug inside my chicken sandwich box. There is no word to describe this experience other than DISGUSTING. Yes the employees were friendly, Yes the service was fast and accurate but my food was contaminated. This is an unfortunate and singular experience that I’ve had at this Chick-Fil-A but it’s one that can’t be ignored. I will continue to enjoy their food at a different and hopefully cleaner location.
Love eating at this chain... but I had a bad experience at this particular restaurant. I stopped early in the morning to buy a chicken deluxe combo and use the restroom on my way through New Mexico. The bathroom was filthy. Then when I came to get my order in the front, they were stingy with sauces. I had to ask for extra and they gave me a single packet... I finished my meal and stepped outside but decided to order more for the road. Literally took one step outside and walked back in to order another combo to go. I also asked for a refill on my drink, the older woman behind the counter refused and said I can't get a refill. She stated that since I took one foot outside, I can no longer get a refill. I was really disappointed, I guess this is the start of trash service from Chik Fil A. Sad to see them go bad.
