This place used to be clean and fast!!! However, things have been going downhill. The drive thru is unbearably long the last few times I’ve come. The last few times I drove by and considered stopping they only had ONE line in the drive thru open. ? So this time I came inside. It is filthy in here. They don’t have large lids. No straws anywhere. Tables not cleaned, floor filthy. The employees are moving slow like there aren’t lines of people. I watched a young lady standing talking to a friend. They had one register open. This place has always been busy so it is confusing that they aren’t handling it better. My guess would be a change in management? It is disappointing. I hope they do something about it and get back to being outstanding.

This location has gotten really bad. As a health care work I'm very understanding of what COVID has done to our fast food restaurants. But between never any chicken being available. Long wait times in drive thru. The dinning area not being cleaned. The bathrooms are disgusting - with no soap. The employees are all young and have major attitudes. Witnessing an argument between an employee and I believe her supervisor right in the front where customers can see is beyond ridiculous and unbelievable! When I want chick-fa-la I definitely will make the drive to another location because this is not the one anymore. Management please step up and start helping with this mess!
The food was good, as expected, for fast food. The wait in line and the overall parking lot was crazy. I had not been to this place in a very long time but I did not need to be anywhere. Getting in line was a confusing situation. Cars were coming in three different directions. The car behind me got trapped in line and soon drove off into the parking lot. Once I was in line it was about a 7 to 10 minute wait to order and several more minutes to get to the window. At least the person at the window was pleasant. It will be a little while until I have time to do that again.

Chicken isn't warm.. I just bought cold chicken? I feel cheated. Anyways I wouldn't go to this one within an hour of closing time at minimum. That being said, if they're willing to serve up cold chicken. Which most likely violates food standards. What else are they willing to do? I won't be going back.
This particular location has gotten worse within the last few months. I orders soup, a sandwich, and two Mac & Cheeses with a large Lemonade and Sweet tea. Instead of getting what I ordered I got fried chicken in a bowl a small Lemonade and one cup of Mac & Cheese with no refund on what they missed/changed. This isn't the fist time this location has messed up one of my orders. I hate to be a Karen about this situation but it's ridiculous that the keeps happening
Received bad service. They were unorganized, did not even put napkins in the bag. Not to mention they got our order totally wrong and failed to put our sauces in the to go bag. It's a shame because this is one of my first times trying Chick Fil A and I had heard so many good things about it, but this experience was definitely a let down. It was like they didn't even try.
They don’t make the food with what they say it comes with on the menu. They tend to assume you want different items more often than not. Happened multiple times at this location. The sandwich says with pepper jack on all menus so why do y’all ALWAYS put it with American. Make it how it says it’s made and if I want it with something different I WILL SPECIFY. Like come on it’s an every visit thing and why you repeat back the order they never say w/ American. Do better.
Excellent customer service and the food is great. At one point it was almost like being treated like family. I will continue to place my order morning, noon and night.
