Person taking our order left off a chicken sandwich and when we got to the window they said the sauces and straws are in the bag. They were not :/ got in the parking lot to check our order, and had to wait in line inside to get our sauces and re-order another sandwich. Poor customer service all the way around.
If I hadn't berry with a friend who in all fairness loves this place I would not have gone. I personally abhor their chicken sandwich. Stripes is a substantially better item. Chicken fil a no way
Always busy. No communication from the workers. Had my order taken than the young man walked away without taking a payment and didn't say anything. They also for got my waffle fries. It wasn't a horrible experience but in all my experiences at Chick-fil-A this was the worse.
Since the beginning of 2022 this place gets worse every month. The spicy chicken sandwich is pretty much half the size, enough for a small kid only. There seems to be more crumbs in the nuggets now. They do not fill the large fries to the top like they used to and they sometimes ask if you want sauce. As for the raised prices, this place is no longer worth it. I wont eat here anymore
If you like listening to the latest female gossip, waiting forever for your food and enjoy watching the crew throw sandwiches at each other, THIS is the place for you. Parking or just picking up is a nightmare. Manager at this spot need so straighten this place out a.s.a.p! Skip it and try a different place for chicken sandwiches that come with more then just 2 pickles
So slow I was in line for thirty minutes before I got my food. Although the employees are very friendly and if something is wrong they do their best to fix it. I go back because the chicken sandwich is so delicious.
Deandra was wonderful. She exemplifies everything you want in customer service. She exceeds the high expectations of the Chick-Fil-A company and should make them proud to have her in their employment. Food is also good at this location.
The people were nice and the food was delicious! When we went, there were 3 bus loads of kids there. But the drive through line went fast and our order was perfect!
Worst experience I've ever had at a chick fil a. Ordered at 0957, received out food at 1020. Ordered to dine in, received to go. Ordered mini biscuits, ended with mostly crunchies instead of chicken. Took the grandparents to try it for first time, and when my granny was waiting for a refill they told her, we are busy we can't. Smh $40 and a bad experience later smh
Extremely disappointed in their service. Had a delivery, they sent the wrong food. Had zero ownership of the situation and manager didn't care. Definitely think twice about ordering from here.
