Food is decent. Better then a lot fast food places we have here

Find a different location. Ordered drive through, made it home and I didn’t receive the hamburger that I ordered and waited for. My onion rings were over cooked and dry. Rather disappointing food. I certainly will not be coming back.
What a disappointment, had the 2 for $4 burrito. The cook clearly didn't care the worst I've had. Ordered the burrito before and it was good.
I had asked for lettuce tomato because it was forgotten on my chicken sandwich... The drive thru person helped me.. went back and grabbed the lettuce and tomato by hand and put it in my hand.... Honestly I was so shocked I just walked away and sat back down... We spent $71 on food that night for my family... The milkshake was the consistency of water. All around I was not happy and wasted $71 super bummed because we love Carl's Jr.
$20 wasted down the drain.I ordered 2 bacon swiss sandwiches and got some other random food. They sure charged me correctly!!!!When I called back to see if I could come and get my correct order as it is almost closing time, nobody picks up the phone. I work in the food industry and mistakes happen -but this happens literally every single time I come to this location.
If you like Hardees, then you should dig Carls Jr. too. Quality burgers and fries for a fast food restaurant. It costs a bit more but worth it. Look for coupons because they will cut down your bill considerably.

Always friendly, hrlpful, clean. One can get a burger wrapped in lettuce.
Good food but be prepared to use your card as they were not accepting cash when I was there.
