We arrived to an empty lobby. We're told to seat ourselves. We waited ten minutes for the rest of our party to arrive. We had to put together our own tables. When we sat down we were reprimanded by a different server and told to get up and wait for them to seat us somewhere else. They claimed they had prearranged party coming in. Keep in mind we called ahead to try to reserve tables and we're told there were no reservations. Additionally they didn't have enough staff and the staff was obnoxious and rude. We left along with several other people.
Great wings, never had a problem with the food itself. However there is pretty much never anyone at the front and you wait awkwardly with people trying to pick up their orders until someone flags down an employee. The servers are nice but sometimes slow, there's probably not enough working at this location.
Waited an hour for my online order and went to picked up at the designated time. Called in the pick up no answer so i went in. Waited 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Asked my name and was told give them just a few minutes. 30 minutes passed and i wasn't acknowledged again. Asked just for my money back so I could get food somewhere else. Was told I would have to wait 10 days that they couldnt even process it. The place wasn't to busy and overheard the kitchen was backed up.They need really need better communication.Went to hooters got the same things Waited 15 minutes and the place was packed. Plus they are always really nice there.
This guy left me waiting no help rude can't believe they treat a regular paying customer like this didn't get my food for over an hour sad this has always been my go to
Straight trash service. Attempted to get a seat and employees wouldn't even approach us as we walked in. Talked with an employee who stated the wait would be 30 mins even without knowing how many were in our party. Dining room was basically empty too. We left. Won't be back. It's always been hit or miss on good service and food here. That pretty much sums up this place.

I came to this restaurant over the weekend. And even tho I can’t complain about the food I have toa say that the music was extremely loud . I understand that it’s a sports restaurant bar , but even our waitress said that she couldn’t hear us when we she was taking our order . We ended up moving to the bar area where the music wasn’t so loud after asking several people to lower it down a little bit
The food is amazing but tonight when I ordered take out, they forgot my salad. When I called to inform the store, the guy was rude and hung up on me…the manager brought the food out and apologized which helped me feel better about the situation but… not the best experience that I’ve had there.

Honestly this place has went down hill. We’ve come a few times (due to gift cards) and the service is very slow. No one greeted us at the front or anywhere. We sat at the bar probably 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Beer pours were awful (tons of foam) and the food was lukewarm. We didn’t say anything about the temp of the food as we had waited a long time. The place was mostly empty too. Staff had part of the front doors locked, only one door unlocked to come inside. We used to love coming here. Now, it’s consistently slow service, high prices, and poor food quality. ?
