Took family of five out for dinner waitresses ask what we wanted to drink my daughter and I asked for coffee and were told they don't have coffee. I asked to see the manager after 30 min some lady with purple hair came to speak to me and said they don't have coffee at all and they have not been supplied with coffee for a while now.. I asked why they couldn't get it locally and she said it has to be order through their system.the funny thing is they have coffee as a drink option on the menu. When I pointed that out she said ill let them know. It seems like every time I go to Buffalo wild wings and ask for coffee I seem to get the same story the last time I came I was told the same story and when the manager asked how things were going I shared the story about them not having coffee and he went to the back him self and came out with a cup of fresh brewed coffee he stated that the writers are sometimes lazy to make it.
Sat for 10 minutes when I was finally told by the waitress that she was too busy to serve me because she had other tables she was busy with. I looked around and saw 2 other tables occupied. She told me if wanted faster service to go sit at the bar. This not how you handle customers under any circumstances. So I obliged them by taking my business elsewhere. I am very patient and understanding with wait staff that is overworked yet courteous, and also a generous tipper. They missed out. I realize good wait staff is hard to find since our government is paying people to not be employed. But don't expect to keep business with this type of staff.
Use to be the place to go.. I've tried several times to give them a second chance but management doesn't seem to get it! Walked in, at least 10 dirty tables in bar area. Sat and waited 15 minutes while staff just walks by.. 5 gals just running around with an empty restaurant.. food has been sucking lately too.. Even the staff that had been there for years quit.. Even the best bartenders left because of management. My next step is contacting corporate.
When arriving the hostess just pointed to and area and told us to go find a seat. I thought this was strange since they were not busy. While waiting on our food, I went to the restroom. It was totally gross. It looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. The food was good and our server was excellent but I am going to think twice about going again. I think I will try another location.
Yesterday we had the worst service ever. It took forever to get our food. Other waiters were checking on their tables numerous times and our waiter only came by 3 times to attend to us. Our 3 yr old son requested celery sticks and carrots with ranch only for him to wait forever and have it brought out with the main meal. He even had to go up to the waiter and ask him for it 30 minutes after being seated. Another person that was at our table had to wait for her meal meal which didn't come out until about 15 minutes after everyone else got their food. The bathrooms were filthy. Our son didn't even want to use the bathroom as it was DISGUSTING. We literally took him outside to pee by our car. The sad thing is that BWWs wasn't even that busy and our food was cold when we got it took. Definitely won't be going back. Our experience was a 0 star but for these purposes we at least have to do a one star in order to post.
Worst place to eat ever. My wife and I took our son there for his 21st birthday and it was a disaster. First the hostess told us it was a 10 min wait we waited for an hour. Then we wanted to wash are hands before we ate the sinks in the dirty bathroom didn't work. So after that we placed our order and everything was ice cold when we got it. The waitress was very nice so I paid for my gradsons burger and left the waitress a tip and left. And the whole place was really dirty trash on the floor . Never again..
If I could give zero stars i would. We waited forever to be seated, not out of the normal but a little annoying. The restaurant was filthy, restrooms we disgusting,sinks weren't working. We ordered appetizers onion rings were ok mozzarella sticks were wayyyyy under done. Finally got our food and everything was ice cold. Very very disappointed in this experience. We won't be back.
Our food came out cold, one of the people we were eating w got their food after everyone else was done… just for it to be wrong. The staff just stood around and did nothing. Food took forever to come out. The entire restaurant was DIRTY AND DISGUSTING, including the bathroom and dining area. I 11/10 recommend the health department take a visit here because it would be shut down quickly.
I havent in years. Went with a friend to watch the game. Service could be better. It wasn't to busy to where they can feel the short staff shortage like any other place. Seemed like it wad a chore to get another chore to get a drink from the bar. I only had one drink and asked for another round. The original bartender had to ask if I could purchase another round. Not my fault there systems went out of service and couldn't serve anything during that time.
Our waitress was a hard worker and did her best to accommodate me and my friends. We have experienced long wait times recently but she really did a great job to get us our apps and food quickly.
