There was a 40 minute wait for a table, however they were at about half capacity because of low staff. They had two people performing the job of host. It took nearly an hour just to get our food order put in. And then another hour to get our food. They get an additional star because the food was very good, but anything tastes good when you have been waiting nearly 3 hours to eat.
Placed an order for carry out. Drove from 20 minutes away. Michael never put the order in. Waist of time and gas. Still hungry. WILL NEVER RETURN! Michael needs a job he can handle. Too many good workers looking for jobs right now.
We were a party of 5 who ordered wings, fries, onion rings, a kids Mac and cheese and a brisket sandwich. After waiting for our food for about 30-40 most of the food came out (everything except the wings). The kids Mac tasted like it came out of the fridge, it wasn't even lukewarm and the brisket sandwich was also cold. The server, who was actually quite pleasant and helpful apologized and offered to bring tenders for my son instead. He said it would take about 10 minutes, after waiting 15 minutes we just told him not to worry about it. The wings finally came and they were overcooked and under sauced. The manager also seemed quite rude, but I do thank our server who tried his best despite the kitchen being off.
I was not happy at all in this place. They were letting a gma..78yrs sitting and waiting for a table when we arrived. I asked for a manager.... she shouldn't be a Manager. Her excuse was we're understaffed.... it's after 11 now... she's with her grandkids...it's pbr weekend... come on you need to prepare better. Later I go to bathroom my waitress asks my husband why is she talking to everyone... why does that matter... before I even have a beer and water. I just love gmas and I was making sure she was OK. I bought her and her family dinner... talk with them because they came to thank us and they wouldn't serve me another drink...wow. I definitely will never go back because they have no customer service what so ever!!. Oh yeah they screwed up my order and had to wait till after my husband ate... not cool!
The food was DELICIOUS ? our service however SUCKED. I won't say ill never go back but take out will sure be an option wait.. I do have to say that the hostess was nice ?
Anthony is a horrible manager. We were quoted 15 minutes for 10 wings and we waited over an hour. Instead of saying sorry or even offering a discount he was very rude! Yall need to get better management. I work in the restaurant industry and I am so glad none my bosses act the way he does.

Awesome atmosphere.First place I went to in New Mexico without being harassed for choosing what to do with my body. These are freedom fighting wing making machines and they’re doing great!
Was disappointed that nearly every member of the staff including 2 managers were serving and seating guest without wearing mask during a still current state mandate for mask to be worn indoors. With cases on the rise again, it’s sad to see that simple lack of management can continue to participate in the spread of this virus. It’s been 2 years and should literally be second nature to just mask up! Have respect for your guest and patrons health and safety. I hate to sound like a Karen, but the sooner everyone learns the sooner life can go back to normal.
Place is awese as much as could see picked up orders to go to take to customers .. place big very nice employees took time to answer questions and speed up orders must wear a mask to come in for covid 19. Thanks I'll be back for everything intecvime d they have big waiting area to go a rack for pickup orders. Big dining area a bar as I could see every to point bathroom very clean professional.
