Had to call the restaurant from their front door as they hadn’t unlocked it. No apology. Place was virtually empty but just as we got our food they sat a family with a screaming child right next to us. They didn’t ask if we wanted to move but we had to take the initiative to request a change. Then we had to move all our food and drinks ourselves. Probably not going back.

Always a great experience here. It is a bit pricey, but that's to be expected with inflation the way it is right now. Family style dining is unique and fun. Food was really good. Server was very sweet and did a great job, even though she was overloaded with customers. We will be back!

Service was slow and it took about an hour to get our food and it was cold

Not the best experience. We went in and there was only 1 other table of people in the entire restaurant. The server took long attending to us, (even though there was 1 other table than us). For the amount of time we waited, the food was horrible. The food was cold, this picture describes the dry, burnt sandwich we got. I just couldn’t believe that us being 1 of the only 2 tables in the restaurant, the service was not good and the food came out late and cold.

Waited over 10 mins for host to come to the front. Everything took a long time to get-drinks and food.

Food was horrible, stuffed chicken was super dry and over cooked… it’s okay if you have a lot of people and quality doesn’t really matter.

Mother's day we waited 30 mins to get a table, even w/ reservation, appetizers were served in time. Then we waited an hour & half for our entree, we decided to get it to go. Our waiter was great though.

Very nice. Atmosphere was great . Great service.Thank you!

We much appreciated the young woman who jumped to help when bartender failed to show. All servers were attentive and prompt even though we were the only people in the room we were seated.

A long standing Italian restaurant, Buca di Beppo specializes in family style Italian dining. All of the dishes were delicious and massive (family style, a plate is for 3-4 people). Unfortunately, on a Tuesday night, the restaurant itself was relatively slow. The server only came around every so often and clearing plates almost never happened. The dishes themselves came out broiling hot, and fresh and then decent speed. If you want carbs, have a large group to feed, or really love leftovers, this place is your jam.
