This review has nothing to do with this particular location, but I have always had a good experience at the central location. The sucks 2B smart program that they do for both the spring and fall semesters is so great for students all the way through college. It is either a nice 25$ motivator when you are in the last couple weeks of the semester or a nice reward for those who just always get straight A’s. Super recommend! (all the info online when you look up the program)
Good service, good vibe, nice menu, but the milk tea isn't lactose free or vegan\lactose intolerant friendly, the boba is small and the portions are small.. I got a lot of ice, very tiny boba and not enough of it. You can find milk tea powders without milk or lactose..Doesn't meet my needs but it is a good spot. Someone recommend me a place where I can get a lactose free taro tea with big boba where they load it up and don't give me half ice.
Enjoy coming here but prefer smoothy boba drinks. They rock at teas but that’s about it. Drinks are usually overalls sweet or flavorless. Great environment though and nice place to hang out.
I like Boba Tea Company. I like the drink variations and promotions that is offered. I also like going here since it's not overly busy like the mall areas so the wait time is minimal.
Boba tea usually leaves a good impression and they have some decent service. This one in particular has some of the best service I've had! One specific employee there named BreOnna, was nothing but kind, helpful and made the whole tea thing better. 10/10 would recommend. :)
I went to Boba Tea last night and had the best experience. The cashier was super helpful in explaining the drink menu to me. Loved their vibe! :)
The employees at this location are efficient and nice about taking custom orders for boba tea. I usually order 50% sweet, which is more than sweet enough for me.
The kids who work here now do not know how to properly make a good batch of boba. Either they messed up on my drink as a whole or the boba just tasted really bland and ruined the entire drink itself. This is a horrible place for a good milk tea. Try Kung Fu Tea or Hi Boba for a better experience.
I made the server laugh bc we were talking about tie dye jock straps on your face
The Boba at Coronado mall has the worst service. They are so slow and even if the line is long they have no urgency.
