My boba tasted amazing. Everyone was so nice, very clean, and a short wait time. I 100% recommend

I go to the cottonwood mall location frequently, usually have no issues but lately the customer service has not been the greatest.I ordered a blended drink today, which was almost $9.00 only to drink a bunch of frozen ice! Would be nice if the workers would pay better attention to the orders coming in and make them correctly instead of talking amongst themselves.

There was about 6 people working, one taking orders and the rest struggling to make the order since they were on their phones or avoiding work. Out of the three drink orders one was correct.

The service was good, nice people. The drinks were good until I found a hair in my drink, I didn't notice until I finish my drink to find out there was a hair. It gross me out a little to the point we're I almost throw up.

First time at this location. Loved it. Had a Funky Monkey with boba and a Snow Bunny with Gobi Peach. Loved both. Friendly staff. Very clean location. Short wait time

Staff spent more time looking at their phones than they did making the order. We waited while they shared whatever was on the phone with one another and discussed it. Music was so loud that they couldn’t really hear our order and I couldn’t hear them without repeating ourselves. Looking for customer service and consistency in product when paying that much for a drink.

No offense to the owners but this is the worst boba I've ever had. I never order anything from here because I like traditional boba HOWEVER, my crew likes it so I order it for them. This is the part that irritates me: I put in an order for two drinks and it said my order would be ready in 20 minutes. My associate goes to the pick up spot, nothing's there and no one will even look at her. She then gets into line and the cashier leaves for 10 minutes to "clean" without saying a word. By the time, my associate gets to the front of the line, there is no apology and she has to wait for them to make the drinks. I understand that entitled kids don't know what work means nowadays but you can tell there's absolutely no accountability from the leadership. I'm truly hoping this is a one off situation. I'd rather pay $20 for delivery from a place with better customer service or ANY customer service. Maybe a hello, how are you next time?

Every time we go there they get our order wrong. Then instead of apologizing and taking us to the front of the line we are supposed wait in line again. No apologies just plain rude. That has been every time we go! What are the odds? Plus the drinks have no flavor a lot of money to be treated poorly, terrible service and horrible drinks. I like boba just not from here not worth the money and time. They need customer service training.

This location is always busy but they never disappoint. Great service and attitudes, delicious drinks!

The manager with blonde short curly hair was extremely rude and yelled at my family and I. My wife and I were wearing our mask but our children weren’t as they are 3 and 1. She refused to serve us and said “ this is my store and to get out” extremely dissatisfied with this store. Will not return.
