We ordered online, paid, got our receipt, payment confirmation, order confirmation and our card was charged. We got there (the correct location) and it was closed. I’m not mad they are closed on Easter, but they shouldn’t charge your credit card and give you a confirmation if they are closed and won’t make your drink. Really hoping to get a refund.

Splendid seasonal drinks. Always bright. Not yet 5 stars in my book. But still, reading new menus every season is nice! Would give 4.6.

SENT OUR CO-WORKER TO GET BOBA AND THEY MADE ALL ORDERS WRONG. ORDERED AN ESKIMO AND THEY FORGOT THE BOBA AND THE DRINK TASTES LIKE WATERED DOWN MILK.IT'S SAD WHEN A DRINK THAT IS WELL KNOWN IS NOT MADE CORRECTLY DUE TO BOBA NOT BEING CHEAP. 14 MILES FROM OUR BUSINESS AND CAN'T JUST RETURN TO TAKE BACK THE DRINKS. VERY DISAPPOINTED..

Went two days straight to this location and second day they give us a boba tea without any Bobba and I have to share mine with my little one instead of having our own. Also taste on this latch batch was not on point.

Drinks were made quickly and nicely!

I enjoy boba tea, I can get something milkshake like without so much milk. They have a menu that they is very flexible for what you want. Always willing to answer questions.

Good service but Everytime I order they always get the drinks mixed up or wrong

Super fast service, especially when you order online.

I’m not a fan of the drinks in this place. They’re more like random drinks with added boba rather than authentic bubble tea. Everything is too sweet a lot of the time, especially if you add their fruit bottoms that pop. The carbonated drinks are especially too sweet and sickly. A lot of the time they’re out of half the things they sell which is weird because I’ve never experienced that at other bubble tea places. I’ve gotten quite a few drinks from here, including thai iced tea, tara, milk tea, and some fruity ones, before trying other places and there are way better places out there! Kung Fu Tea is really good and I highly recommend it, their drinks are way better. However if you must come here, the Tara was decent.

They ran out of their trademark ingredient...boba. How does that happen? Time for a name change.
