We were pleased with there great customer service. Our order was correct with no problems. Keep up the great work!
Everything is killer. Decline in service near close or when busy. Xmas fries are the main reason I go now. Their pink lemonade is great. Sometimes slow service, but worth the wait.
On Tuesdays go here I mean not just this location but Bob's burgers if you are a person who likes tacos get their Taco Burger it is so delicious and it's not the original price that they sell them for on Tuesday so if you can make your way to a Bob's Burger on Tuesday make sure you get a taco Burger and I am pretty sure you will like it especially if you like chili because they're chili is so good
Good customer service and good food and they were pretty quick for a weekday noon lunch. We were pleasantly surprised that they will even have a person helping take orders on a tablet in the drive thru when busy to speed things up. Job well done!
How could anyone give them less than five stars. Delicious food that makes you feel like you are in New Mexico. Very clean store and super nice staff.
If your in the mood for bobs burgers this is the only location and the best location to go to. workers are always so nice , food is fresh out the kitchen , never mess up my order good here is great
1st time scoping this place out. It’s been recommended by more than a few people and I wanted to see if it would live up to the hype. The drive thru line moved quickly and the menu was pretty straight forward. The service was a delight both at the speaker and at the window. So, where do we lose a star? Someone in our party ordered a Frito Pie. They didn’t specify no onions, but there was as an overwhelming amount of raw onions on the Frito pie. The chili was only warmish. Utensils were not included for one to attempt eating said Frito pie. Everything else was great! I’m not sure why, but I feel like this place is getting a 5 star rating next time around. You were almost there… I’m rooting for y’all!
Seriously!, Does your staff know the difference between red and green? I ordered two taco burgers red instead, small fry, side of red. What did I get? One taco burger no chili second taco burger green chili side of green chili. Please start hiring people that know the difference between red and green. I can only imagine that this would be helpful for your business. I guess I will choose other businesses that serve new Mexican food they know the difference between the two from now on. So sad Bob’s that you disappointed me so much! I am a native New Mexican!
I went inside at 7:15 last night and some young girl with glasses approaches the door and tells me that I can order but need to take it to go...um okay hello to you as well kid. I then order and while I'm waiting at the disgusting tables, I can hear the staff SCREAMING: just joking around. The girl who was super rude seemed to be a manager and just allowed them to act like this, she also laughed with them, just enabling the screaming while I quietly and politely sat there. I asked her what time they closed the lobby, she then rolled her eyes at me and said 7:30 and turned away, walking off. This little girl locked the door at 7:15, not 7:30. She didn't even say thanks or have a good night, I felt like slapping her and those obnoxious screaming "staff" workers. This place is a joke for customer service despite having delicious food.
Normally I like Bob’s but I called ahead to make an order for pick up and received a flat “please hold,” and was then hung up on two times in a row. I know it’s busy but just hire someone for the phones? Come on Bobs!
