Worst experience I've had at any Blaze location. Pizza was delicious but it was a build your own. Extremely long 45min wait and unorganized. I received my pizza and still hadn't paid. Once I paid for food and drink the Blood Orange tasted watery the 2 ladies didn't seem to care my drink wasn't of its normal quality and directed me to pour it out but nothing additional was offered not even a refund. I waited in line again while 1 lady continued to ring up new customers finally a guy stepped up to the register and gave me a refund for the drink. Then a bunch of unruly, line jumping, rude Boyscouts who continued to step on toes and walk in front of me and other guest in line didn't help. Very disappointed to to see Troops from 216 California acting in such rude ways. These children were not considerate of others in any way. One young trooper told his fellow he had cut line the younger looked at me and turned his back. None of the adults did anything to corral or correct the children running rampant and being rude. The whole Blaze experience except my pizza was a bust yesterday. Never going back to this location again.
Came here for a keto pizza while passing by Albuquerque.Pizza can be built picking from the toppings available or selected from their menu.Keto crust is thin and 10” only, but the final product is good.
I was so disappointed! This pizza was worse than Little Cesar's. I've actually had frozen pizza better than this. It had zero taste. There was a few sliced grape tomatoes and a few pieces of cheese and the sauce was dried into the crust. I saw one they had just got out of the oven and it looked really good. What the heck happened? Their prices are good but the pizza was terrible!
this was the first and last time I get 'pizza' or anything from this horrible place. I ordered a vegan pizza, the price was ok, but I it arrived cold, and it was the thinnest pizza I have ever seen. It was like eating cardboard. It was disgusting, and I threw it in the garbage. If you are going to offer vegan pizza, and it is like this why even bother? HORRIBLE,PHORRIBLE UPDATE:: I Just called there and got through, and they did reverse the charges at least, maybe their regular pizza is ok, but Vegan pizza is tricky, you have to know what you're doing to make a good tasting vegan pizza. Just do not order vegan pizza from them.
This place is basically subway but with pizza instead of subs they let you custom make it and build your own with different ingredients
Allergy friendly! It’s so hard to find food options for my daughter with both egg and wheat allergies. The website laid out the options clearly. The GF vegan crust was yummy and seemed to be made on its own equipment.My husband and I split the Veg Out which was some of the best pizza I’ve had: delicious crust and rich toppings.The staff were helpful and kind.The pizzas were definitely not made fast, but I am sure that’s due to staffing issues with the pandemic. It’s worth the wait.
We thought this would be like the Texas chain MOD. The concept was the same, but Blaze's food had no taste. I firmly believe I could have layered any of their ingredients on the dough and it would have tasted the same. I refuse to call this pizza. Rather, it was food stuff to grow the belly and a means to waste the money. One bright spot, the blood orange lemonade was delicious.
I thoroughly enjoyed the Meat Eater and added sausage, jalapenos and minced garlic. At the end, I had them drizzle some firey maple sauce on it. It was simply fantastic, perfectly fire cooked and worth every penny! I also enjoyed a Marble double white brew. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try!
The pizza here is so good! It’s an experience I’ve also never had before. Almost like subway but for pizza. Very fun and family friendly.
The place is dirty!! This one employee dangles around her lose hair over your food without wearing a net, or restraining her hair. She is so rude, I think her name is Rae, but I am not sure, as they do not wear nametags. Any way, this lady does not bother asking what you want, she just moves ahead and builds YOUR pizza however she wants, and if you ask for something, she acts as if you are offending her. She should be food service certified, and such as, wear something to restrain her hair from flying into your food.By the way, pizza was burned!!
