Quality at Gibson location was to the point of disgusting. I bought a carne adovada burrito and the chili tasted off. I couldn’t put my finger on what was wrong but I normally like their burritos. I was so disappointed I took it back and got a green bacon burrito. My first bite was so gross I spit it out. I inspected the bacon and it was so burnt it tasted like licking residual burnt grease off of a pan. I highly question their food sanitation there because if they are so careless in two separate ingredients then I image they are careless in their sanitation.

The staff at this location are very rude. I tried to call in my order, however no one answered. They act like they're doing you a favor. It took 25 minutes from the time I place my order. So much for fast food. Who needs it. Plus, the price was the same as Chili's for less food. We won't be back.

I was by locals that I had to stop by a Blake's Lotaburger when in town. Figured I try and see why the hype. Place was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Ordered the standard burger with cheese meal. Not bad at all. Not dripping of sauce or too much oil. Meat had simple flavor and not over cooked. Not sure if the onions are supposed to sautéed soft or crunchy. The also were crunchy, which was fine just used to soft from other burger joints. Almost felt like Whataburger. Just found Blake's patty has some more taste. Def will try again if in town

As billed the burgers were very good, chili cheese fries are excellant and service on a Sunday was a bit slow. Newer clean self service facility. Eating inside was chosen rather than take out. Overall I recommend this location. Beef was flavorful and abundant when ordering the double beef patty chili burger (around $7.00). Enjoy!

Came for dinner at 6:30p on a Saturday. The lobby was closed but luckily for us the manager was willing to take our order anyways. They were otherwise doing drive-thru only. For fast food, it took a fair bit of time to get made (2 burgers, 2 chicken sandwiches, and some fries took almost 20 minutes. Not much traffic there either)The taste was fine, but nothing special. Hoped for more from an award-winning green Chile burger. Prices were fair and it's exactly as advertised - a regional fast food joint.

It's slow, but the food is decent and fresh. They haven't learned how to take orders in a timely manner or make food quickly, but I do hear they pay their workers well... which makes me wonder if they would pay more if they had more business/less avoidance due to how slow the service is....

The place was nice and clean. The food is generally really good at any location but on this visit the hamburger patty was so well done it was extra crispy and crunchy. My friend called his a hockey puck.

First time customer. Tried the NM special 2x meat lotaburger - delicious! Great flavors and natural fries were good too

First time at this New Mexico chain. Was pleased with the SUPER CLEAN interior. Was greeted with a warm hello.Ordered the Lota Burger “New Mexico Style”.Burger was cooked to perfection. Fries were hot and tasty. Will definitely try other locations but they’ll have to be on their A game to keep up with this location.

Sorry that I could not put zero stars. Just drive out from this place. Went to the drive through and was told that they are only doing online orders and call in?? There was no in the drive through line. Why is their drive through even open? I have never heard of a restaurant refusing a paying customer. This will be one I will avoid and tell everyone to avoid.
