One of the Best Breakfast Burritos in Town.And you can never go wrong with their Burgers!!If your from out of town and like spicy food, add Green Chile to the Burger.And for the burrito, both Red and\or Green is a great option. (You can always get the Chile on the side)
It's a very nice burger joint. Always fresh when u order, would've had a 5 but last 2 times they got my order wrong. I think the guy at the window was smoking the same green I had ?. No worries cause I'll be back!!!
Used the call in app which I love as they always answer. It was super easy and efficient. The burger and fries were ready when I went to the window. The person at the window was super friendly and efficient as well. Good job. The phone app makes all the difference!
This restaurant at this location is the worse. One time I go no power at the facility. Next time I go I didn't even get a shake that I ordered and paid for. I go back in line, mind you I'm in a truck and trailer, just for them to say we're out of the peach shake. I understand, why didn't you say that when I ordered it? Can I get a different flavor? Or a refund? They acted like I was a new customer, and ignored my request. This restaurant has ignorant staff
The food was good but... the estimated 10-15 min wait turned into a 48 min wait! But they quickly made up for it, by offering me a delicious strawberry shake! The shake alone was worth all the trouble!
When their automated call in ordering system works, it works well. However on more than one occasion the system told me my order would be ready, but when I showed up at the restaurant there was no order found in the system at any restaurant. When I went to place my order today the system told me it was having a problem processing the order and to hold for a representative, when the representative came on she restated the order back to me and told me that it was successfully submitted and just to ignore it and the food would be ready. Reluctant, I went to go pick up the order and no order was found. I called back the number (which calls are obviously being managed overseas) and she informed me to speak with the restaurant directly however the number to transfer me to just rings and rings with no one ever picking up. I don't think I'm willing to give another chance to Blake's as I have given them several and they continue to disappoint.
Ate here twice while I was in Albuquerque. Have not been to a Lotaburger for about 25 years. It was just as good as when I lived here. It was great to see a business still run well and it to be so consistent with its products. Thank you for the trip down memory lane.
Placed an order for pickup, time given for pickup was 4:53 pm arrived at 4:49pm waited 5 minutes. Received order, drove 2 blocks home. Order was COLD BURGER FELT REFRIGERATED HAD TO REHEAT. FRIES BARELY WARM. Very dissatisfied and it seems problems with quality happen frequently at this Osunalocation on weekends, I should have known better weekend quality is awful!
Don’t have much to say except I’m still waiting after 40 minutes to get my food I ordered lunch at 11:45 todayFinally got my mediocre burger and cold fries I had to wait 45+ minutes for. Last time I will ever visit this restaurant, you’ve lost a customer
I ordered 2 bean burritos and there were NO BEANS! How is this mistake even possible? Im bummed because I used to love this place but now they never get my orders right.
