Lotaburger is a classic New Mexico spot. And recently it's been better than ever. The menu got reworked a bit and it's been super super good. You can never beat a classic Lotacombo with Cheese and green with regular fries. Secret tip ask for a pump of vanilla in your soda, it goes well with Pepsi, Dr.P and Root beer. Lotaburger is the best regional burger place in the USA.
Every time I place a oder, it's always wrong. Food is not as good has it use to be. The Lotaburge use to be a good size. Now they are like the it's burgers,the meat is not good quality. French fries taste are always old. Me and my family have had a bad experience bad quality of food. It use to be great a long time ago. So we stop going there. Now are favorite is Whataburger
Used to have a Blake's in Phoenix when I was a kid and was excited when I ran into this one on accident. As good as I remember. I had the Hatch Chile burger and a chocolate shake. Well worth the stop
1st and last time I will eat here. Took 30 minutes to get food. Our order was missing 2 sandwiches. Had to go in and get them. Food was cold. Med fries were barely there. Quality is similar to McDonald's only more expensive.
I have some pretty bad experiences at Lotaburger. Not today!!! I went during lunch rush. They took my order right away. It was made fast which again during a lunch rush. Order was correct and good. This store needs to train the rest of the Lotaburger stores! Keep up the good job!

Response from owner is more bad customer service!)i went there on Friday 3/18/22 at 5:00 pm and ordered from the drive through three burger meals and a chicken sandwich meal. I waited for 15-20 minutes so I’m thinking we’ll it’s going to fresh food , but I got home and took a bite out of my burger and it’s solid red ( uncooked). And fries are real old like if they we’re sitting for a long time. I called and got transferred to the store no answer after 3 time I also emailed them .three days in a roll no answer and no response to my email complaint . Bad food and even worse customer service! Store on the corner of San Antonio/ San Pedro should be no star. Go somewhere else if you want good green chili cheese burgers , Sadie’s original burger on French toast , twisters renegade burger just to mention a few. No more bragging about this place after the owner also has bad customer service..
Waited 45 mins for 3 burritos and two side of hash brown. Told me I couldn't have extra crispy hash browns, got home and my wife's burrito was cold. Worse Blake's in town. Tortilla was dry and falling apart.
Food is fine, service is horrible. I have tried to support this bussiness, I have tried ordering ahead, I have tried going during off hours when no one is around....doesn't matter it takes FOREVER to get food. If I am going to wait 30+ minutes for food I want something more than Blake's. God help you if you are there during a busy time, clear your afternoon.
My family loves this location! Every time we order the food is picture perfect and tastes amazing! ? The staff is also always friendly and give great customer service. Thank you for being such a great Blake's Lotaburger❣️
I ordered two double meat combos large, when I got home the burgers were so gross and very greasy, not cooked all the way, still red , and the fries were very cold and the vegetables were very soggy, it’s just not the same anymore at this store, they don’t care how your food comes out! the drinks I asked for easy ice and they gave me extra ice, I tried calling them to let them know , and there’s no way of getting ahold of the store on San Antonio Albuquerque, I need to speak with a manager about this! We couldn’t even eat this food, I would like a refund!!
