Food is always good here at this location on Washington. Well cooked & prepared, courteous staff.
We have been waiting on our food for 20 minutes. The employees are making one order at a time & nobody seems to know what they are doing. If you are short on time don't pick this place cause you will be waiting a while.

Not worth the wait. No one showed up to open the store or prep for the opening shift. An hour and 20 mins AFTER the store should have been open, did someone finally show up. There were 4 orders on the Online-order screen with no one inside prepping. After calling numerous times someone who was an off-duty manager took over the entire operation. She was able to get all the morning food prep solo to get orders processed and helped overwhelmed customers.
Went to drive up ordered food was wrong went inside made my order again then asked if it was correct the cook stated it was right well giving me dirty look I decided to check again my order was wrong again the manger was very unprofessional seemed to not care. I got home my fries were cold after 40 mins to remake my burgers. When I got home I found two little sticks in my food. It was a horrible experience check you food when u order there.
I like breakfast burritos from Lotaburger but this place here on Washington st. Is starting to get really bad. No customer service and they closed the window and customers will be standing waiting to order but they don’t respond to it fast enough. Customers are just leaving and they talking that the Lotaburger is not good anymore.
Chill place. Love that they have car ports and music. Workers are really nice too
