The man here know how to cook meat right! We tried the 5 meat sample with some extra brisket & chicken. We had sweet bbq beans, Mac & cheese, & potato salad sides. While this grill-master’s choice in flavors wasn’t my favorite, every piece of meat was cooked just right, very tender & juicy. If you are in the area and like BBQ, this is a great place to get some.
I placed a large to-go order to celebrate my birthday with my family, so we were able to try many items on the menu. When a couple things I ordered were unavailable, the owner more than made it up to me with substitutions. Everything was delicious, and the service amazingly friendly. I highly recommend and will definitely return! Thanks, guys, for a wonderful birthday dinner.
This place is hidden gem! I stopped in on Wednesday to order 2 sea food boils for Saturday ( sea food boils have to be ordered a couple of days in advance, I was also asked the time we would be arriving ) when I stepped inside the smoky aroma of the BBQ slowly began working on my appetite. I had to get a couple beef ribs! The owner and I spoke for a few minutes about how he has been tweaking his recipes and I tried a sample of his corn bread. The corn bread was excellent! It has a sweet and caramelized flavor that I assumed was honey, the owner informed me it was not honey but a recipe he has been working on. It is great! When I got home I unwrapped the beef ribs. These beef ribs were meaty. They had meat on the top sides, which I usually don't find on bbq beef ribs. The ribs were tender but still had the meat that tugs off the bone rather than fall off the bone. The flavor of these ribs was delectable. Smoky undertone - check a rub that complimented the natural beef flavor - check not drenched in sauce - check yes I will be getting these ribs again. Saturday we get there and the owner informed us that the boils were ready, perfect timing. The last sea food boil we had been to was stormin crab, where we each had to order our own serving. The sea food boil here was almost too big for 2 people! Over 5lbs per boil!! Shrimp, crab, sausage, potatoes, and corn. The shrimp was tender and not over cooked. Everything in this boil was perfectly cooked. The flavor was well balanced, the lemon, garlic, seasonings and butter complimented the potatoes and corn. We got the second boil wrapped up to go there was no way we could even think about having another. It is making a great late night snack though!TLDR -This place is great, don't think twice about coming here
First time there today and meeting Sharfi. Very gracious host and the food was delicious. We ordered the 5 meat platter to share between the two of us and we were stuffed. Everything was delicious but my favorites were the bbq beans and the pulled pork IF I could only choose two things. Hopefully things will get back to normal soon so I can try the tandoori chicken sandwich.
Good food bbq great. services wonderful. Prices fair not much. Accepts cash or cards. Pull pork awesome taste and Smokey brisket melts in your mouth. Place is quiet but peaceful feel likes home.??
Pulled pork was the best. Tried a little bit of everything and really good. Very friendly. Made me feel like it was a home amposthere. Service was phenomenal. Must try for the BBQ enthusiast!
Ordered here a week ago, got the big plate that didn’t come with jerk chicken, but got the ribs and pulled pork and brisket. They didn’t give me pulled pork they gave me jerk chicken, which had no flavor. The brisket was delicious and ribs. I ordered Mac and cheese as a side and I got a tiny cup of it basically being Kraft Mac and cheese but watered down, how do you mess up Kraft Mac and cheese? And then they forgot my bread. I just recommend the brisket and ribs. Will not eat here again.
Best food and experience I’ve had in months!! Definitely a place to keep coming back to love the food and the friendly owner. The sea food boil was amazing highly recommend!!
I am not a big meat person but this was really good! I ordered the sea food broil and got the 5 meat sampler for a family dinner and everything was absolutely delicious! My family enjoyed it all very much! The crab legs, once cracked, all the meat would come out while. The ribs and brisket were so good. Would definitely recommend!
I was expecting more after seeing the reviews on google. After ordering it was not what we thought at all. We’re big fans of bbq. After paying 12$ for a brisket sandwich that was just buns and about 3-4 oz of brisket it was extremely disappointing. The fries were alright but nothing special, the fact for 12$ on the menu you get 1/2 brisket. Is two toasted hamburger buns worth what your miss in brisket. My fiancée got the sampler to try all the meats, the ribs were tender and tasted just alright, we both enjoyed them. The brisket is 4 oz of brisket (according to the menu)And indeed it does look like the same amount on the sandwich. It is overall good it tasted nice and was juicy. The jerk chicken was flavorless but tender. Now the Mac and cheese as the side item… it was horrid, horrible flavor overly watery tasted like watered down great value Kraft sauce. To sum it up most the meat was alright it has flavor but you sure didn’t get much and the sides were definitely to avoid.
