Happened to stop in on $10 burger and unlimited fries, day. I had a delicious Turkey Burger (too big for me to finish) and a perfect side of fries. My hubby had a bacon cheeseburger and sweet potato fries (upgraded). I tried a Lavender Lemonade and loved it. If you enjoy the flavor of Lavender, this is a must-try. We also took a Brownie Pizzooki home.Great waitress. She was friendly, funny and didn't miss a thing.We had no complaints about the meal or the service. It was all just right!
I ordered the salmon from here tonight for dinner. It was very thin and so overcooked that I couldn’t eat it. Nothing would save that piece of salmon. My cat wouldn’t even eat it! The sides were broccoli and rice. There was so much broccoli in there that the whole order reeked with the smell of broccoli. I hate throwing away food but there is no way that I can eat this. I do not recommend thos restaurant and will never go there again.
Place is kind of a joke. Our server did every basic mistake servers shouldn't do... Brought food out at different times for each of us. Came too late after the food had been finished to ask if everything was okay. They complained about other customers to us. Modifications to the orders were wrong and the extras we ordered were missing. They undercooked a steak, practically raw when it was ordered well done. Undercooked seems to be a thing for this place. Drinks were ridiculously expensive for 2-3 ounces poured over ice in a pint glass. We didn't go at a particularly busy time. Would not return. Save yourself the $30+ plus tab of disappointment. As you can see the manager's response is to make things right if they go wrong when you return. Nothing for your present bad experience. That in itself should show you the level of service you can expect.
First the silverware was dirty twice I think our waiter had to wash a set. The next shock was the prices they have more than doubled since 2020. My husband had the roast beef sandwich which he said was pretty tasteless. I had a wedge salad it was ok but not as good as before.
I ordered takeout and when I got home my partner's chicken was uncooked. We called the restaurant to speak to a manager and all he said was he'd have the kitchen manager give me a call back and we never received a call. I'm not one to complain but that's just unacceptable. Even more so to not even receive a call back or be compensated.
Everything ordered came our super fast. Our pizza actually came out dry & hard on the bottom, but when we let the waiter know, he made us a fresh one right away. Manager also gave us free dessert for the delay in eating. Great over experience
Girlfriend and I went on a decently busy Saturday night. Hostess seated us but we waited 15 minutes for anyone to greet us and get our drink orders. Finally went up to the hostess stand and told her we still needed a server. Luckily a nice older blonde server saw we still hadn’t been helped after another 5-10 minutes and grabbed our drink/food orders. The manager came and visited our table for 5 seconds and told us “sorry we’re trying our best” and then scampered off. Guy who was supposed to be taking care of our table finally came with our drinks after another 10 minutes. No apology, no explanation. Ate our food, server asked if we were ready for the check then took another 20 minutes to finally bring it. And to tie all this wonderful experience together I’m writing this while going through some awful food poisoning, no doubt from them. What an awful experience beginning to end.
Went today, Sunday afternoon for an early dinner with my entire family, 7 people in total, 1 child. Our server was totally overwhelmed, while the managers sat Ina booth and chatted our entire meal. Never once helping our poor server. Learn how to manage your people. Then when the dessert we ordered never came, we were told it was dropped in the kitchen, after thirty minutes of waiting for it. Will not return to this restaurant.
Came by for beer and burger. Less than 10 people there, 30 min for burgers I left canceled order..bar tender classy company beer not going back
Very good food, and atmosphere. Good service.
