Took my wife to the restaurant, on the ground floor of the property, for lunch. We were seated and then we met our waitress. She proceeded to regale us with her tales of woe and how the restaurant was understaffed, etc. She left with our order and I then proceeded to watch her pay significant attention to her "regulars", without giving two shakes for us. We had our meal and had to go out of our way to get the check. I was so disgusted with her performance that I forgot the takeaway bag I had requested. What should have been a nice, quiet lunch was anything but. We won't be coming back, and we have lived in the area for fourteen years. It's a darn shame as the food was good.
I did not visit b a e n s u r e but I did go to Sandia Casino they finally open the bingo hall and it was fantastic I had a wonderful time

Great spot for an appetite of any size. I will be back with my friends. It has an awesome atmosphere. Not close to my job, I wish it was.
Way over pirced for what u recieved
Good place to come have dinner, nice views, the desserts are artwork. I’m not one for steaks because I don’t like to cut them but they cut the steak for me which put them over the top good. Thank you.
Service was wonderful and ambiance was beautiful because of the view. Steak was a bit tough and pretty expensive, although we were comped this meal, which we appreciated! The wine special glass of the day showed as $3.5 on the menu, however was shocked to find out it was actually $35.00 per glass as relayed by the waiter before I considered ordering it!! Nice experience overall but plan to pay more than a usual steakhouse.
Went to the restaurant for our 25th wedding anniversary. Our waitress was delightful, but the scallops (among other things) were massively over salted, and the meal overall was mediocre. Made me sad, as the food has always been quite tasty in the past. It’s just difficult to go out on a special occasion, only to be disappointed, especially for the amount of money one has to pay for a meal there.
Sea bass was returned for being tasteless. Replaced with pork loin that was over cooked. Not a good experience.
