I would give 0 stars for my experience tonight if I could. Came in with my whole family and got skipped over for people that came in 20 minutes after us. They continued to skip over me And the 3 kids working were extremely rude! I will not be returning to this location anytime soon.
I was shocked to pay $30.62 for three single scoop plain waffle cones. Store is cheugy and staff do not wear gloves when handling food.
There was a hair in my ice cream…very gross. I was very excited to get a cone and I ended up being very disappointed. Please, do better.

I go to this location almost all the time. I’ve noticed recently since Covid stuff has calmed down that the kids working in this specific store touch the cones with their bare hands without washing their hands. It really grosses me out when I’ve seen this happen on two occasions already. I will not go back or order again until someone fixes this. I think the manager really needs to reevaluate the cleanliness in this store specifically the touching of food.
