I went to go get ice cream and they have never been so cheap. They left the container empty when your paying that much for ice cream you expect them to pack the ice cream.Complete rip off.We ordered two containers that looked like this..PATHETIC

We waited in a long line for the cashier who was a very rude female tell us she couldn’t take a $100 bill, that she couldn’t even touch it. very odd!! last time will be going here!! Needs better customer service for sure

We understand the short staff here, but staff member, Kayla, is very rude and unprofessional. this is our 4th time encountering her and she’s had attitude all times, she also was sticking her fingers in my family’s ice cream. everyone else was very respectful.
Called and tried to order and got the run around from staff who would not let me order and just kept asking about vehicle color by Arianna Aidee in the years as a customer never have I ever received this service very rude please speak to her
Worst experience ever! My mom and I went in to get the BOGO sundaes. I usually don't get mine as a sundae, but the two scoops and my mom gets extra fudge to make up the fudge I don't have. Went up to pay and the girl couldn't understand the concept. The guy who seemed to have more experience told her to just ring up the BOGO and she still didn't understand. She still charged us full price despite what the coworker told her. My mom was already having a tough day and just broke down in the car. This experience made this location uncomfortable and we don't want to return. It was a simple concept and the girl couldn't understand and refused to go by the coworkers advice. Then she barely gave my mom any fudge on hers and maybe a quarter size of whipped cream, the whipped cream melted by the time we got in the car.
My husband and daughter wanted ice cream, my husband ordered a brownie Sunday the girl was very rude looked in a bucket and said they were out. So he settled for a 2 scoop there was hardly any thing to the scoops she gave him. Needless to say he was very disappointed. My daughter 's was the same. I was also disappointed finding out that they don't have anything sugar free??? Very strange! I would have loved to have ice cream as well. Probably won't be back.
Excellent experience. The two employees were wonderful, and worked quickly and efficiently to handle all of the customers. Great ice cream, clean tables, wonderful experience.
Octubre 8th 2021 evening visit。。。Maskless employee who was fiercely rude and seemingly extremely unhappy with her work, Made buying what should be a happy treat into an uncomfortable visit.Plus the store was very hot temperature wise.The black cat was happy to see us however ?
