No hot fudge anymore. No chocolate sauce. Nuts or vanilla ice cream. Br napkins for toilet paper!
Hey guys this is definitely misleading. I drove across town and they are DEFINITELY not open 24 hours. Again, it’s misleading do not make the same mistake I did this town falls asleep at 9PM.
It says they are open 24 hours but were definitely closed at 10:40 PM.
Not open 24 hours. I came at 9:30pm and they were cleaning and closed the doors. No acknowledgment was given to anyone that tried to order through the drive thru. At least saying “sorry, we are closed” to customers. Like we see you inside, have the curtesy to tell customers you’re closed. Super unprofessional and rude
Hostile environment. We were enjoying our ice cream when a male worker started using foul and crude language with a young woman which we couldn’t help but hear. Not sure if she also was an employee. I spoke to him and told him that his language was not appropriate for a workplace and he was also physically abusing this young woman, holding her arm and twisting it. I asked another man for the manager and he wouldn’t tell me. So I recounted what had happened and what I said.
Baskin-Robbins was kind of sad I thought I had $5 then I get something really good. But I asked for a banana split and they didn't have anything with strawberries as a topping no pineapple no caramel. That Baskin Robbins HWY now on the other side Dunkin Donuts a couple weeks ago I went to get their new coconut and peach drink they didn't have any coconut. So whoever does the ordering for this needs help or to be replaced. Don't count on getting what it is you want and they may not have it
Service was horrible. They didn’t let us in while they had 4 employees eating ice cream in the lobby. No signs posted that they were drive thru only. I had to call to find out they were not going to open the door after knocking and staring at the employees.
Three stars because when you go to get ice cream people should be happy. Ice cream is happy the the people that work here always make you sad I’ve been going here for years ice cream is great the workers people are sad/grumpy.
Need to update hours. They’re closed at 10pm
Man, I would really like to give this place a good review but I can’t. The doughnuts are good. However, I have been to this location for ice cream multiple times, and the ice cream is always frost bitten. Last time, I was there recently I was given more frost bitten ice cream. It had HUGE chunks of ice within it. Disgusting. Tastes like stagnant water.
