The staff was friendly and the place was clean. Treats were made to order and pretty good. It was clean enough.
Tiger milk (basically bubble tea) was really sweet and tasted like coffee, up to you if you'd want that
Ice Cream is good but working for this location is a joke. Goodluck working here. If they don't like they will cut your hours and then fire you for no reason. They assume and don't ask proper questions. Bad miscommunication. Goodluck to whoever works here. This location on Menaul and Wyoming is sketchy. They need new managers to run that place. It's a joke.

Update: Lately I've gone to this location towards the end of the evening when the employees are cleaning up. Understandable, the girl who served me my ice cream had a rag in her hand and didn't wash her hands after cleaning, then she served me the cone. I sucked it up. This happened twice already. No more even if it is the location I used to like.Customer service went down as well. One time I found some white solid substance in the wrong ice cream that they gave me (no it wasn't ice either luckily I always look at my food for putting it in my mouth). I just gave up on Baskin Robbins in general it's not good anymore.
Bad service they got my cappuccino blast wrong plus the lady seem like she was very rude very dissatisfied
Ordered versus received...I mean come on they actually wrote on the cardboard in icing instead of the cake. DQ from now on
