Only the drive through was open the line was long the service was great and the ice cream was too.
The ice cream was tasty and there was a decent amount of topping options to choose from. The parking lot wasn't the cleanest with trash around the building and in some of the parking spots. The store was clean and the tables had been wiped down. The staff was professional and friendly and the prices were decent. Good place for some ice cream after ra hair cut at the salon or spur of the moment.
This was the WORST experience I have had!! I ordered a banana split, It was so small it only had 2 scoops alot of cool whip and the little ice cream that was in there was melting. I also ordered a Oreo Layered Sundae and it had so much cool whip also hardly Oreos and all chocolate fudge on the bottom!! I called to talk to a Manager and a women got on the phone named Melissa, she argued with me telling me she saw the young kid make it. Bad Customer Service. I will be calling the Corporate office tomorrow!! This location use to have such great Customer Service but now it has gone down. Oh not to mention this happened to me twice already!! Not going there anymore.
Ice cream after dinner is always good, great when it is your father's 80th birthday and the establishment is open for dine-in. The face to face customer service can never be substituted by a speaker at a drive-up window. Thanks for being normal again.

Ordered from here and Got the Two Smallest scoops, paid $25 for two of them, got two junior scoops in a large cup and when I called to just ask the manager why this was. She was Completely Rudez wouldn't let me talk and I hadn't even had the chance to explain or ask anything. This type of management rubs off on the employees and makes a bad work environment. Learn some customer service skills if you're going to be working with the public, especially customers that live in the area.!
When I arrived to get my order for the night it took me a good 20 minutes just to get to the drive-thru window Plus on top of that they could have took your order at the box but they didn't so I give them a 1 they just need better customer service and a better management so they can succeed
