Their desserts are so good they're addicting! Beware the add-ons can make a large (the median size) $10. But worth every penny! Recommend the Oreo shave ice.

Horrible customer service. Teens just standing around talking, laughing and not acknowledging the massive line of customers. Rude interactions. They definitely need some training at this location.
The girl with the yellow front highlights and big forehead needs to learn better customer service. It is not acceptable for her to be taking out her frustration from the rush out on customers. Just be better. The rest of the staff was nice tho
Our oder came out pretty enough, however customer service and food safety gets a major zero. Employee that is physically making the ice cream is eating product then not changing gloves or washing hands and proceeding to touch everything…. Including shaping the ice with their contaminated hands…. When brought up the person I told just froze and asked me “should I tell her about it?”Poor training and zero food safety concerns, in this day and age with Covid especially you should be beyond ashamed if not closed. DISGUSTING.Won’t be back.
If I could give this place zero I would I came to this location and usually go to the one on holly but decided to come to this one my order was simple a regular sized strawberry cheesecake and a regular sized apple pie with 2 pup cups, the first time they gave me my order all I got was the apple pie and plain regular sized shaved ice with nothing (this is not what I asked for) so I told the lady I had a strawberry cheesecake as well she then charged me for another cheesecake and another pup cup I payed for it sadly because I was in the rush to get back to the hospital.. come to find out all they gave me was strawberry syrup with shaved ice even though that's not what I asked for... I suggest if you are going to get Bahama bucks do not come to this location they do not know what they are doing terrible costumer service and they will charge you extra for there own mistakes.
Customer service at this location is horrible! I went to pick up a Door Dash order and the two girls working never once greeted or acknowledged me. They continued a personal conversation while they made orders and ignored me. I realized it was a sign for pick-up orders closer to one of them so I walked over there to pick up my order and I was still ignored. One of the girls finally told the other girl to come to help me. The only reason why I didn't demand a refund and walk out because obviously, my money doesn't matter to them, is because I was picking an order up for someone else. I will never step foot in another Bahama Buck's and I will definitely share my unpleasant experience with my friends and family.
Would leave zero stars if I could. I placed my online order at 3:59 and didn’t get it until 4:35 because the two girls working couldn’t even acknowledge me. They acknowledged every guy that walked in after me but let me stand there for half an hour before finally asking me if I needed help? They messed up the order too but I waited too long to bother to mention it. Very unprofessional ?

I went in for my usual shaved ice. The employee was new but i didn't think she could mess up a shaved ice. She did, they usually don't melt quickly but she must not have packed it well because it melted and shrunk in the cup like a gas station slush that sinks when you set it down on the counter.
