Are steak was not cooked it was still cold and raw. Wish I could give 0/5 stars.
Horrible service... If I could, I would give them no stars. Only thing that was good was the food and the drinks whenever we did get them. They took forever.
Loved this place. The waitress that served me was super nice and polite. Also the food was brought to us in 5 minutes which was really fast for a dine in place.
I enjoy eating at Applebees. The food was so delicious and everyone there was very friendly welcoming and helpful. I will be going back there to eat again.
Husband shocked how good the rack of ribs were. Our food and service were great at this location near the Cottonwood Mall area.
Marissa took our order for curbside, and I must say her attention to detail was wonderful. Napkins, plasticware, and the extra ranch were all there. Yes, it really is the little things ... and most of the time, they are forgotten. Not this time. She was very friendly and we appreciated her. We will order curbside here from now on. What is going on with Applebee's? Prices keep going up. I paid $18.00 for the riblet platter. Again they barely put any bbq sauce. This place has gone down hill.

We eat at Applebees all the time and this is the worst meal we’ve ever eaten. The order was made online by an employee named Marissa. Not only did we not get all of our order, but my steak was overcooked and the garlic mashed potatoes were like mush. We won’t be back to this location and that’s a promise!
Server was great! Joseph was his name. Food kept coming to our table cold or cooked improperly (not according to recipe or description. Turns out the only cook on duty there didn't speak, write or understand English. I didn't ask what language, but next time I go to Applebees I will Inquire how well the kitchen is staffed.
