The food was great. The waiter was awesome. However lots of employees sitting down and being loud. It was a little frustrating. The drink I ordered (sharkbowl) wasn't made right but it was still good. i did leave early because of a staff member laughing obnoxiously loud so I got my food to go. Probably won't go back
Friendly service. Fast. Nice atmosphere. They have regulars ( who are very friendly), but regulars are satisfied customers who come back
The restaurant on Montgomery and Juan Tabo has really stepped up it's customer service and it's quality of food. I'm actually happy that with the limited staff they did an amazing job and provided me and my family with amazing service. Keep up the good work. My only issue was how dark and dimly lit it felt in the restaurant, so maybe management should work on making it brighter in their establishment.
Just left the Montgomery facility. Of no fault of the “brand new waitress “, the food service was extremely poor. Never received breadsticks, and the double crunch shrimp came without fries and coleslaw in a to go container. Kitchen staff failed. Very disappointed.
I had dinner here and it was great. The waitress, Summer was great. She kept our drinks filled and was very sweet. Will definitely be back.
A quick lunch run lead us to this location. We weren't greeted so we sat at the bar and the bartender took great care of us. Asked for something to drink and she came up with the best combo to my tastes. To go lunch completed fast and delicious
Ordered the four cheese Mac n Cheese and chicken tenders. The food was served hot and tasted as expected. The server was attentive and checked on us frequently. Will be coming back for my annual Applebee’s meal next year :)
Invited to lunch by a friend to use a gift card. We both had 8oz steak. We both ordered the green beans instead of the broccoli. I was very surprised at how well the steak had been cooked and the taste was wonderful. No grissle, was easy to cut and remained juicy to the last bite. Made me want more but I refrained. But would happily return for more at a later date
I had a much better experience than the last time I went over a year ago. The food was actually good, though I got the chicken and shrimp. Shrimp was great, and so was the chicken, just not together, it really made it salty as hell. But everything else was really good, especially the strawberry daiquiri, you couldn't taste the alcohol in it. But I don't like the taste of booze. So if you like foofy drinks that you can't tell are alcoholic, go during lunch.
Food was good, service was good. Missed one thing on our order, but made it up to us.
